Fun atmosphere and delicious food near the Burns cinema. Heard the seared scallops are amazing. I had the seared Grouper which was excellent. Spicy collard green were a bonus. Our waitress was very friendly. Lively crowd and music out back in the courtyard added to the ambiance.

This downtown restaurant was very casual with atmosphere that will relax anybody. service was very attentive and the food was fresh and tasted great. My black mussel with angel hair pasta was very delicious and serving was large. Great place to hang out with friends and chug down a few beers. Highly recommend.

Someone recommended this small restaurant to us, and I am so glad they did. Four of us had great meals. The fish is so fresh, the menu always changes. We had snapper, trout, soft shell crabs, and shrimp with grits. Don't forget to try the fried green tomato.

Awesome funky eclectic restaurant! Incredible atmosphere, great service. Wonderful food, I recommed the chicken fried lobster and the jambalaya. We visit Sarasota several times a year and this will now be on our regular visit list.

Food and service is great. Menu has fresh seafood and lots of other choices. Grouper and key lime bars delicious. Server gave great recommendations. Be prepared to wait 40 minutes or more for a table. Noisy inside, hard to have a conversation.

This is not your Carolina's "down home" fish camp. This quaint building down a side street in the "near-downtown" has an interesting, casual seafood restaurant with a very imaginative menu. This restaurant family I am told owns two other restaurants in Sarasota. The expertise shows. While several daily choices of fresh fish are available (prepared in one of several ways)... More

I was in town and had time to have dinner with a friend. Fresh seafood is always on the menu for me when I'm coastal; and my friend thought this would be a great place to try. Didn't have too long of a wait; and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. I can't say I recall the meal being absolutely... More

After waiting almost one hour for a table for two, I would have to say we thought our meal was just average. I had the Clam Chowder, which was too thick but tasty, and the shrimp and grits was good but not great. Did not expect it to be in a tomato base as the menu was not descriptive at... More

Ok, to start with, go in a small vehicle. Parking a full size pickup truck is near impossible. I would suggest driving something made by matchbox or hotwheels. All kidding aside the streets are tiny and there is little or no parking. We got there just as they opened, and that was a good thing as they filled up almost... More
