Nice selection of reasonably priced food. Enjoyed the 3 course meal for $15 and decent wine at affordable prices. Good selection of egg and brunch dishes as well as sandwiches. Feeling of being an appreciated guest by staff and very considerate of time in making the theater.

First time there ... taking advantage of Savor Sarasota week. One word? OUTSTANDING!!! I am a bit of a food snob ... grew up in the Mid-Hudson Valley area of New York ... home of CIA (Culinary Institute of America) ... where many chefs graduated and stayed in the area so I am use to creative, wonderful food. Savory Street... More

My husband and I had breakfast here this week. I had Brioche French Toast, he had a Lox platter that came with eggs which were very fluffy and had some cheese scrambled into them. He enjoyed his breakfast and the presentation on his plate was beautiful with eggs, lox, capers, tomato and lettuce leaf - a full lovely plate. My... More

This place was empty when we arrived. We waited for quite a while to get our two cups of coffee and seemed like the manager/owner walks around checking to see what everyone needs. Instead of managing his staff, who run around without any rhyme or reason. It seems real important to get everyone seated and no hurry there after. Clearly... More

I stopped by one morning because a friend of mine said that they made fresh baked goods every morning. I thought I could grab a quick breakfast snack before our busy day. While looking around and trying to find something that looked good. Someone, who I assume to be the owner, marches through the kitchen yelling at someone and came... More

Very nice dinner for two, not super fast nor cheap, but great food and pleasant service. You can tell that some thought went into the menu. We will be back.

We had dinner at Savory Street tonight and it was wonderful! The menu was interesting and everything we tried was delicious! I recently had neck surgery and during dinner I went to sit on a bench for a few minutes to rest my neck. When I explained why to the waitress, she immediately insisted upon moving two tables together so... More

All the dishes were flavorful and individually made. Eggs and home fries were great. My friend had the eggs Benedict and loved it.

Light and airy restaurant on a corner just outside of mid-town Sarasota. Nice seating area outside. Wide assortment of baked goods makes it an excellent place for breakfast or brunch. Full page of breakfast offerings and the other side of the menu has very nice lunch dishes featuring mostly sandwiches and salads. Savory Street is a popular place so plan... More
