I have made several trips to this bakery. The Italian pastries remind me of home. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with the woman behind the counter. She so nasty and rude. I will not be back and will tell my friend about my experience.

Happened by there just before Easter looking for a good dessert outside of the Publix store. Bought a dozen "dumbbells" (loaded with creamy filling) and on a lark got a wedge of Riccotto Pie. This was a quarter of a pie. I consumed it in three hours. I nearly wept with every mouthfull. If you like rich, but not sweet,...

Everything is sooo good, and the people are friendly. Never had fresh made canolis until l stopped here. Best place for deserts. Nothing is from a box ready made. All authentic Italian like back home in NJ.
I have been trying to find a good bakery down here for two years. I live in Port Charlotte. I found it here. I think I bought one of everything, including Italian bread. I go to Italy, and several of these treasures took me back there. The tiramisu is my sister in laws and my favorite, but so it most...

We went there backside the pizza was recommended, and truth be told, it is a thin crust deliciousness! It just doesn't look like it! Great atmosphere! Tried the calzone (amazing!) and eclair (so delicious!) and also bought some buns for sandwiches (having the tomorrow!). A must visit!
I am from NY and I have been looking for a place to get pastries since moving to Florida and l finally found it! Stop in and pick up cookies, pastries, bread and cakes. My sweet tooth has been satisfied!
After growing up in Staten Island, NY I got spoiled by the wonderful Italian pastry, pizza, and bread shops there and in Brooklyn. So, I was very pleased when I discovered Paisano's. Their stuffed pizzas with spinach or eggplant parmesan are delcious. My favorite pastry is their sfogiatella -- the thin layers of pastry are crisp and the filling is...

My husband made the mistake of letting me go in here by myself. I came out with $12 worth of treats. And were they yummy! The cream puffs, lobster claw, and tiramisu were especially good. My husband thought the tiramisu was the best he'd ever had.
This family run bakery is a hidden gem, their style of baking and food preparation is genuine Italian. You will not regret your trip here and will be a customer for life.
