Best restaurant in Sarasota.

By far the nicest restaurant on siesta key. For breakfast I had the Belgian waffle with a side of bacon. It was so good I brought a group back for dinner the next night. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers and the wine selection is on point. Very clean and aesthetic interior. A++

We sat outside. Our waitress was not the best, but the food was superb. Both the salmon and trout were great, as was the pear salad we shared. We had leftovers that we had for lunch the next day, and it was one of our best lunches on the trip.

We always stop at least once at the Siesta Grill for breakfast while visiting Siesta Key. Always great service and reasonable prices. Bloody Marys are pretty good, and the corned beef hash is usually a highlight.

We ate twice at Clayton's - once we dined in and the second time we ordered pizza for takeout. Both times we were pleased with the quality and the taste of the food. Our reservations were late but our food was served quickly. The pizzas are baked in a wood burning oven and are quite good. The key lime pie... More

Clayton's is similar to neighborhood restaurants in your hometown with a friendly atmosphere. Locals and visitors enjoy happy hour specials. They take reservations and honor them. The food is surprisingly good and consistent.

We were able to get reservations and were promptly seated. Everything was wonderful. The hostess was helpful. Our waiter was attentive and gave great suggestions. Drinks were perfect. I normally dont eat Seafood Chowder but it was delicious. Loved the bread and butter. Our dinners were tasty. Grouper, filet mignon and our daughter raved about her pasta. The owner, Clayton,... The food was great, we experienced no wait times during spring break. My husband had the grouper and it was absolutely divine. I had the fish tacos which were different, but nonetheless very tasty. My daughters had the pasta with white sauce and it was incredible, tasted homemade. We loved this restaurant and the sitting area out on the patio... More

I've been to Beijing and had Peking duck, can't compare to Claytons roast duck, nice crispy skin. The best I've had anywhere, and I usually get it if it's on the menu.

We called and got reservations promptly for our choice of 6:30 or 7:00. We chose 7:00 and arrived a bit early. There were lots of tables open but we were seated at a tiny table next to the entrance ramp (outside) and across from a table of 6. It was so close that every person who walked by had to... More
