Seaside value

Location right on the beach , good food , a little pricey on the entrees. We had seating upstairs with a spectacular view of the gulf. Very good bar downstairs.

We went to the rooftop bar ( just grab any open table...there will be few) and were surprised to find that they were serving the full menu, not just bar food. It was kind of on the expensive side but of all the restaurants we've eaten that it was my favorite. It wasn't my wife's favorite but she enjoyed her... More

This place is a mess. The four top tables are TINY. There is no way to fit four entrees, water glasses, drink glasses, salt/pepper etc. It's like the airlines cramming in one more row at the expense of the comfort of the traveler. The bathroom's are outside the restaurant and used by all the customers by a huge retail area.... More

Had a shrimp po-boy with chips. Service in the downstairs bar was attentive and food came quickly for our group. The shrimp in my sandwich was good. The bun wasn't the best.

Appetizers and drinks upstairs make a nice way to see the sunset. It is in the middle of Seaside, so during peak season it is quite crowded. During the off season it is a perfect place to go and start the evening.

We ate here for lunch a couple of years ago and were very pleased, however when we returned this year, we found the quality of food had deteriorated greatly. One in our party had a food allergy and was told that no substitution could be made without an "upcharge" even though both of the side items contained the allergy. It... More

We went over to the restaurant, only to find out that it wasn't open so check there website beforehand. That said, we discovered the rooftop bar and that made amends. We shared a Beet Salad (don't skip this). I went for the Scallops and can tell you I enjoyed them so much I would have ordered another if I had... More

This place continues to surpass expectations. We needed peace and quiet, so we opted for lunch indoors vs. upstairs outside with bar and lot's of people. How great to have these choices in one place? I got chicken portobello sandwich with bacon and provolone cheese served with a side salad of fresh greens. My friend had mahi mahi with special... More

This is our first time to visit Santa Rosa Beach and we are so glad we found Bud and Alley's. We ate upstairs at this outdoor restaurant and not only had a great view of the gulf, but outstanding food as well. I had a delicious club sandwich and my husband had a huge burger. We ate every bite and... More

We sat downstairs in the room on the beach closest to the wind. The server hostess and management were extremely nice and accommodating. We had the kids with us and they both had burgers which were delicious but we started out with the tuna dip and house pinot grigio which was exactly what we were looking for and had the... More
