Poor customer ssrvice, poor service

We went over to the restaurant, only to find out that it wasn't open so check there website beforehand. That said, we discovered the rooftop bar and that made amends. We shared a Beet Salad (don't skip this). I went for the Scallops and can tell you I enjoyed them so much I would have ordered another if I had... More

This place continues to surpass expectations. We needed peace and quiet, so we opted for lunch indoors vs. upstairs outside with bar and lot's of people. How great to have these choices in one place? I got chicken portobello sandwich with bacon and provolone cheese served with a side salad of fresh greens. My friend had mahi mahi with special... More

This is our first time to visit Santa Rosa Beach and we are so glad we found Bud and Alley's. We ate upstairs at this outdoor restaurant and not only had a great view of the gulf, but outstanding food as well. I had a delicious club sandwich and my husband had a huge burger. We ate every bite and... More

We sat downstairs in the room on the beach closest to the wind. The server hostess and management were extremely nice and accommodating. We had the kids with us and they both had burgers which were delicious but we started out with the tuna dip and house pinot grigio which was exactly what we were looking for and had the... More

A great restaurant with great service. We enjoyed a dinner of crab cakes, and although not on the bargain menu, well worth the price. As all of us seafood lovers know, when you order crab cakes you can get 70% stuffing and if you’re lucky 30% crab. Not on their menu, I figured it was enough stuffing to hold them... More

Slipped off for a little overnight trip and walked up top at Bud and Alleys. Lots of sunsetters there as it was around 4:30. We forgot to predict the sunset time and have a chance for the free drink but it was won at 4:51. We were the ultimate winners in that many large groups were there for the Red... More

We took our winters suggestions and both were soooo delicious. Seared chicken and trout almandine. They had interesting appetizers, drinks, etc. no beer on tap. We were staying done the road 30 minutes, or we would have gone back. It happened to be a beautiful day for outdoor dining. That made the visit the best!

My wife and I have been coming to this area for years and we always go to Bud and Alley's. The food and service are always top notch. Highly recommended.

We stopped in for a drink on the rooftop. We didn't order food though the menu looked appetizing, we just sipped cocktails and watched a storm roll in. Service was great.
