I used to go to Acme Oyster house in the Village, but not no more. I had better service at Bayou Bills really enjoyed both the raw and grilled oysters. Bayou Bill's has the best grilled tuna I have ever eaten. Blows away Captain Anderson, the Bonefish, etc. We love the atmosphere too. The new restaurant, opened March 1, replacing the old one that burned down last year is beautiful. definitely one of our favorite restaurants in the area. more

Disappointed in the quality of seafood. Definitely was not "local fare". Could have been imported from New York City or maybe even China! The shrimp were tough, the grouper was like rubber and the fried oysters were lost somewhere in the breading. In town on vacation and was looking for a really good seafood place. Well, we didnt find it here. Nothing exciting. My husbands broiled platter was very bland. My fried popcorn shrimp had too much batter on it. Not worth the money. more
