We ate at Bayou Bill's in Santa Rosa Beach last week and it was the best around. There was 8 of us. We had a short wait and enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar. I ate the paradise shrimp appetizer and it was a 10. My wife had the snow crabs and she said it was the best she ever... more

we tryed the special of the house its the biggest bucket I,ve seen. It has oysters, clams, mussels, shrimp, crabs, steamed potatos and corn very fillig enough to share. Kids meals very good portions and you get a bucket and shovel for the beach. We noticed the bayou platter for two that was the largest seafood platter I think four people could eat off it.... more

Had dinner at BB's last night, love the new building and parking lot! Started with gumbo and oysters Rock, both very good. Mom and I had crab cake and fried shrimp combo (as always) and it was really good-I love their crab cakes. Hubby had shrimp plate, very good lightly battered shrimp. Bro had yellowfin tuna and he loved it-I'm... more

We ate at the old place four years ago when we were staying on Okaloosa Island and exploring 30-A one afternoon. The food was good and the pricing was fair. We had blue crab claws as an appetizer and we both had fried gulf shrimp. It was good enough that we remembered it and hunted it down this time when... more

I used to go to Acme Oyster house in the Village, but not no more. I had better service at Bayou Bills really enjoyed both the raw and grilled oysters. I also particularly enjoyed the conversation with their oyster shucker. He was extremely knowledgeable about oysters, and come to find out he was also a champion shucker. I eat oyster... more

Bayou Bill's has the best grilled tuna I have ever eaten. Blows away Captain Anderson, the Bonefish, etc. We love the atmosphere too. The new restaurant, opened March 1, replacing the old one that burned down last year is beautiful. definitely one of our favorite restaurants in the area. more

Disappointed in the quality of seafood. Definitely was not "local fare". Could have been imported from New York City or maybe even China! The shrimp were tough, the grouper was like rubber and the fried oysters were lost somewhere in the breading. I can't believe anyone in the panhandle would serve a hushpuppy with sugar and sage instead of onions... more

We ate at the Santa Rosa location 2 years ago and our experience at that time was fabulous. We just went back to PCB and found out they too had a Bayou Bill's and that is was the same owners so we were pumped. We were traveling with another family and we talked it up pretty good. It was not... more

In town on vacation and was looking for a really good seafood place. Well, we didnt find it here. Nothing exciting. My husbands broiled platter was very bland. My fried popcorn shrimp had too much batter on it. Not worth the money. more
