I had the shrimp and crawfish penne and it was very good. Most of the people in our group had crab cakes which have never disappointed. Save room for the delicious bread pudding. Do think it is a bit overpriced and we always forget it is cash or check only.

Small menu, but the items on the chalk board are good. A bit over priced in my opinion but definitely will enjoy. Staff is strong. Rustic clutter style decor. Get there before the doors open!

Amazing Resturaunt. Great service. Great atmosphere. Great food. Huge portions. Gumbo is large for a cup and very filling. Happy hour drinks. I can't say enough good things. Oh, bring cash or checks - no credit cards. Wow. What a place!!!

The selections are limited (only 5 entrees to choose from on the night we went). Inside atmosphere feels like The Bubble Room (if you've ever been there on Captiva Island, FL) or a Buca di Beppo Italian chain restaurant. Prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in the area. I thought the food was very good (I had crab... More

Gumbo is the best we've had this trip. Fantastic crabcakes, we enjoy having the salad served with the entree. We asked about a bottle of wine, and waitress said since it was happy hour, cheaper by the glass. We come every time we are within a couple of hours, it's a wonderful treat! Gets crowded so come early, and they... More

The looks of this place might not be the best but the food was amazing! The chicken was amazing! Everyone in my group LOVED their food! The mashed potatoes were off the charts! Probably the best mashed potatoes I have ever had! Recommend this place to everyone!!!

I have been to the Red Bar quite a few times over the years. Love the food and atmosphere, hate the wait, the traffic and parking and on more than one occasion have felt like they were rushing us out. SO, when I heard Louis Louis was Red Bar related decided we would go there. It was also very crowded... More

Was not impressed with the Fishy, tuna dip or the crab cakes with mystery fishbones. grouper was good & salad was tasty. Same menu as Bric a Brac. But Bric a Bracs food was better.

Friend wanted chocolate brulee for a birthday treat - we arrived at closing time but...we were welcomed and received personal service. The chocolate brulee was a hit with everyone who ordered. I decided on the key lime pie - it was delicious and the the largest portion ever served!
