Good food

Very good service! The food was good - not as good as the Sandbar, the place was a bit pretentious and the atmosphere screamed Italian restaurant but it isn't.

And why don't they advertise in the local food sections? They don't need to! We have heard about this restaurant for several years, and finally decided to see what all the comments were about. First, you can get a walk in table, but it is risky and reservations are recommended, especially if you want to sit on the lovely screened... More

We dined three times in February. I chose a different seafood dish each time - the lobster and shrimp crepes are delicious. My husband chose the grilled smoked beef tenderloin each time. He would have preferred a different vegetable other than spinach, and learned that he could have asked for a substitution. We will remember this next visit. The desserts... More

We like to cook and I work in fine dining. So we planned one night of 8 on the island to live it up. We chose Sweet M's from trip advisor reviews. We started by ordering a fantastic 2011 Chateauneuf du Pape that was served a cellar temperature. Our first course was small plates of incredible lobster stuffed crepes topped... More

My husband and I have had dinner here for many years. I must say, I am quite tired of the hostess, who always has a frown on her face . The food is very good. The wine prices by the glass are extremely expensive. Every year we come down and I always hope there will be something new on the... More

Nothing to say that hasn't already been said. It was fabulous. Impeccable service, creative and innovative cuisine. No detail was left unaccounted for. We will most certainly be back and would save the best for last as we did on this vacation.

Sweet Melissa's is a destination not to be missed. I was here two years ago and was excited to retest the deliciousness. The conch chowder was to die for - the scallops were spectacular - and the key lime tart was a perfect ending - WOW!!!

Great dinner and was so happy to try this place, will go back next year for sure! Nice to have something different after so many years. I hope this restaurant makes it. The food and atmosphere were really nice, Good drinks also. Little on pricey side, but sometimes you want a little nicer place to go on vacation.

By far the best meal we've had in a long time! Ate outside with heaters and we were fine. Started with a tomato appetizer then had the small plate scallops... So good! Many delicious little tastes included. Others raved about the fish stew, which had the "whole ocean" in it and cob is. The yummy chocolate dessert was sweet and... More
