The oysters on the half shell were fresh, icy cold and delicious and the fried oysters were perfect that topped my baby green salad with fresh fruit with citrus vinaegrettte Skip the voodoo scallops. My husband and I went there for lunch. The waitress recommended a few items on the menu. The food was great and the french fries were one of the best I've had. Atmosphere is fun and eclectic. Service was outstanding. more

We have been to the Island Cow for lunch a couple of times, and it has been great both times. Good food (love the Boom-Boom Shrimp special) and good prices. more
Tried a few places, but this was both the best, and would have known it was good even without comparison. Stone crab season had just begun- had to have those- really good. Shrimp po'boy- nicely done! Friendly service, cute atmosphere, would have liked to have tried more of the menu!! more
The Island cow at one time was a solid restaurant. Good service, quality food, good portions, and reasonable prices. My wife and I ate there twice in one day - breakfast because we wanted to and dinner because out first choice (Hungry Heron) was closed. Everything was wonderful - the portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of food is excellent. We've always been fans of this restaurant - even more so now! more
Not worth the trip. Wife had the shrimp special and was overwhelmed with fried breading. I had the baby back ribs and might as well have ordered the paper they were wrapped in. Only thing worth reporting on was the fries they were very good. more
What a fun place to eat. Just looking at all the cow figurines and collectables makes it even more fun to eat here. Food is great , portions perfect, and a lot on the menu. Very casual.
