Wife and I had omelets and kids got pancakes. My country omelet with sausage gravy was excellent. Cheesy grits were ok, but baileys market, just across the street, has better. Kids pancakes were really good. We would go back. Service was very good, Too.

The cafe was packed for breakfast (on a week day), but the entire staff was on the ball, and we were seated quickly. They are truly dog-friendly and treated our dog as well as they did us. Food was fantastic and so was the service.

We checked in with the hostess and were given a call back device that allowed us to roam the shops in the same center while we waited, the 25 minutes passed very quickly with the distraction of shopping. There were 4 dogs in the patio area with us and they were very well behaved and their owners handled them so... More

Good place to to put on your list. We got a variety of breakfast meals and all were good. My daughter got the chicken BLT and enjoyed it as well. The only disappointment was the "famous" homemade cinnamon rolls. Ours was hard as though it was microwaved. Otherwise the food was good.

The inside is very cute and appealing in a country setting. The staff was very polite and conscious of their surroundings, good portions on the food. I had crab and asparagus omelette felt there could be more crab.

If for no other reason go and get the homemade cinnamon roll. You will not be sorry. Had eggs and banana pancakes. Sooo good. My wife had the BLT and was definitely happy with the choice. Bacon was not the best. Over done. But that was our only complaint. Waitress could have had a little personality. Oh we'll.

We usually go on Saturday before leaving the Island, but got smart this year and went midweek. No wait! Yay! The food is worth waiting for, but hey, if you don't have to it's even better. Cinnamon rolls are a must. They did run out once so don't wait too late! Fresh orange juice is heavenly. Service is great. Dog... More

We were given the name of Over Easy Cafe to eat breakfast by the concierge at the Marriott by the bridge over to Sanibel. We wanted to go over and shell before leaving for Naples. When shelling it is best to go at low tide which was 11:27am. We ate at Over Easy before shelling around 10:00. It was really... More

Visited the Over a Easy Cafe again today with my family and we were not disappointed. Always a friendly welcome and by far the best breakfast on the island! Would definitely recommend a visit if you are visiting Sanibel.

We had breakfast here on a Sunday and it was packed given that it is a small place. We had a 30 minute wait for a group of 6 to sit inside. Too hot for me outside, but many people seemed comfortable out on patio. The good thing was that the pagers are long range so we were able to... More
