Timbers has been around for many years and still remains a favorite of mine. Good seafood to steaks. The atmosphere is old Florida. Check out the pictures of celebrates on the walls.

This is a popular restaurant on Sanibel Island, but there are better. Pluses are selection of local fresh fish and preparation alternatives. But the food was pretty average except for the rose fish (which I'd never heard of). I do not recommend the pompano. There is better grouper and snapper on the island. Service was good. If you want to... More

That atmosphere is so fun. I love all the small details they added. The food yum yum yum. I had the crab legs. I am a Virginia beach kid and every time we go out to dinner I always order the crab legs so let me tell you about these crab legs. They are huge HUGE. The best I have... More

We are repeat customers and having visited here off and on for many years have never had a bad meal. Greeted warmly and seated quickly, Kristen our server was quick to bring menu's and take drink orders. My wife and I ordered the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp with rice and vegies and our niece had a chicken/penne pasta dish. Before the... More

My wife and i ordered the Mahi Mahi and were very disappointed the last time we ate there. We have had great dishes there in the past but this time the fish was undercooked. We will give them another chance next time on the island.

Still dreaming about the coconut cake that we had for dessert after a very nice dinner. Enjoyed it so much, that a few nights later we drove back and picked up more cake (take-out this time)!!

We ate here on 06/11 and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. There were 3 adults and 2 children; all the entrees were great. We had the oysters Rockefeller, the Oyster flight, the tuna x2, grouper, etc. All the food was great. Love the dill ranch dressing and the fresh bread, too! Highly recommend! : )

Worlds best you ask? Yes. Went here for dinner on a crowded Sunday was greeted and seated immediately. Kristen was our server and took time to go over the menu since we were first timers. The homemade oatmeal molasses bread was delicious (I'm a bread guy). For an appetizer we had the calamari which was crisp and delicious served with... More

My family and I have been eating at Timbers for years...this time we came with our crew after filming one of our episodes of Bass2 Billfish on NBC Sports. Timbers has it all, the manager, wait staff, bartenders are all attentive and top-notch! Makes you feel right at home. Not to mention the food is the freshest around. We had... More
