Cip's Place is fantastic!! It is clean, has good service and superior food. Whether you are looking for a sandwich or a full entree, Cip's Place has it all. The chicken enchilada, prime rib sandwich and new york strip are among some of my favorites. The outdoor seating is beautiful amongst the gardens with the tiki torches light at night!

We have eaten here for both lunch and dinner. Dinner was pretty crowded. It's a very popular place! Our visit this week was for lunch on a Sunday and we ate outside. The service was excellent and so was the food. I had the roasted turkey wrap. Absolutely delicious! My husband had a prime rib sandwich that he said was... More

We loved the charming patio, Cassy's excellent, friendly service, and the wonderful, affordable food at Cip's. After a slow trip to the restaurant in Sanibel's bumper to bumper afternoon traffic, the tropical patio with its little white lights and torches was a relaxing haven. We ordered from the special "Six by Six" menu, which offered six selections for $12 each,... More

Great dinner at this Sanibel locals place. Loved sitting outside under the paddle fans. Family devoured the Tuna Poke appetizer and we all agreed it was our best seafood dinner - hubby had grouper, I had salmon, both cooked well. The couscous side was yummy, perhaps all the butter?? Would recommend this one happily!

Two DC food snobs descended on Sanibel Island for a long weekend and were underwhelmed by most of the food and drinks they had. Thankfully, Cip's was an exception. Smiles abounded as the DC duo enjoyed the zesty roja sauce that came with the calamari, followed by well prepared golden tilefish and rigatoni bolognese. Adam the bartender's friendliness and skill... More

Relaxing place to dine, good selection of menu options. Meals were prepared quickly. Salmon Piccatta was my choice. It was prepared perfectly, the vegetable were fresh, and the yellow rice was delicious!

After spending the day escaping Minnesota winter we looked for a suitable place to experience our first island meal. We happened upon Cip's Place and it was exactly the antidote for that hunched up shiver we left behind. The menu offered a nice variety of seafood and alternatives along with a variety of prices. I can agree with other reviewers... More

We've eaten lunch at Cips a few times and it's always excellent. Portions are large and very fresh, and you can eat outside which is the whole point of being on Sanibel. Very consistent.

Don't let the reviews or the restaurant's exterior fool you: this is a run-of-the mill Sports Bar with TVs blaring on most walls, and boring pub-grub food to match. Dining outside would probably be inviting, but on the evening of our visit, it was cold. I had one of the worst unsweetened iced teas I've ever tasted, which is a... More

My Sister and I drove over to the "Forever Green Shopping Center" on Periwinkle Way in Sanibel Island. We wanted to make reservations for Dinner for December 5th at a Restaurant called CIPS. It was early but we decided to make our reservations for the next evening to look over the menu and put in our names. A very kind... More
