We visited the Sanibel Bean for the first time this morning. The woman who took our order was rude to us. She handed my husband his change and told us our order number was 41. My beverage was called out but my husband's beverage was not. When my husband politely asked a staff member if they remembered to make his... More

My family has been visiting Sanibel for years and years. Until now, the Bean has been a staple of those visits. Yes, it's expensive but it's always had a very neat vibe and the product has been good. Our June 13th visit was probably our last. The once vibrant place now has a "liquidation" feel. There seems to be furniture... More

You won't be disappointed if you stop in here. They open at 7am every day and close at 3. Best bagels on the island, great coffee, love their spicy chai latte, and their panini sandwiches are perfect for sharing. You can eat breakfast for only a few bucks. Love that.

Great coffee on the go or to take back and brew at the condo. Take pain au chocolat or other pastries for all the sleepy heads. We come here every vacation on Sanibel Island.

We enjoyed the Iced Chai here. The service was pretty good, but the prices were high compared to the coffee house we frequent in Arizona. Overall an average experience. Too high priced to return.

Went there this morning and this is our First impression. The girl at the register twirled her hair and ACTUALLY stopped and put Chapstick on while I was in the middle of ordering, like it was normal for her to do. What about cleanliness, hygiene? She was rude too and like the other reviews say she stayed on the register... More

Yeah, the Bean. I guess there are other places now, but there didn't use to be. Expensive cups of coffee, mediocre service. Why did I come here? Oh yeah, I wasn't awake before I had my coffee! Averageosity
