The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Had the catfish, shrimp and went back the next day and had chicken fingers.

We were greeted by 3 very friendly ladies at the front. We were looking for something good and wallet friendly. Our server Jenny was terrific. Very attentive to my family of 6. She was very personable and was there to refill our drinks often. The food was really good. It came out hot. Mushroom n Swiss burger fantastic! Best burger... More

Service is good. Food is fair (it's a burger joint). Place is a little dirty. Dead flies, dust, trash on window sills. Could use a really good cleaning. Two burgers and sodas will set you back 25 bucks, but you are in the middle of Baytown Wharf.

We ate here at lunch on a Saturday the service wasn't speedy but we weren't in a hurry. The burgers, chicken strips, fries, and milkshakes were good.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review for any place. The service at this establishment was so horrible I felt it was necessary to warn the public. Friends have raved about how great the burgers, shakes and chicken tenders are this place. I can't really dispute that. The food was good. The service however was by... More

The only place at the village where a family of 4 can eat under 100.00 fun place and great atmosphere, the kids loved it. But if you are watching calories beware.

My husband and I went into Hartell's to drink some beer and get a quick snack. We ordered the fritos platter which were great. (Cheapest beer in the Baytowne hands down) We sat at the bar which was our only mistake. The bartender was very rude from the start and then continued to yell at another employee while we were... We wanted a quick meal with reasonable prices. Hartell's was a good place for both. My husband had a basic hamburger and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were very good. We would eat there again.
