Companion had his usual poached eggs and standard breakfast. I had a mixed skillet of egg, meat and peppers. What was really amazing was the service. We went on a Sunday and the place was packed. Easy to do because it's not a big restaurant. Despite how busy they were, we got our coffee and breakfast just right.

Sit outside here!!! The view is absolutely GORGEOUS. It is right next to the hotel's pool though, so if you're disturbed by kids running around or old men in speedos, you've been warned. I absolutely adore ABE, and since moving, am really going to miss it. The service here was a bit sub-standard in comparison to the other ABE in... More

Ordered food. Came out in a timely manner. Server never checked back on us. Had to call for her a couple times. Our order was wrong and our drinks remain empty. We finished our meal and still never checked back on us. I guess this is due to us being the youngest people in the restaurant. Just wish we could... More

This place has some awesome breakfast. Upon entering everyones food looked so delicious. My husband tried and omelet and I had crab cakes topped with poached eggs over an English muffin. This was quite different for breakfast yet very delicious. They also have fabulous sweet potato waffles. You can dine inside or outside on the patio which wraps around the... More

We've heard excellent ramblings about ABE cafe. So we gave it a try. The menu was appetizing enough, but when I actually got my food, I was impressed. I got the Eggs Blackstone which is an Eggs Benedict variation composed of muffin, tomato, poached egg, topped with hollandaise, and bacon lardons. Eggs were perfect, bacon was perfect, and even the... More

My husband and I had a delicious breakfast on a recent trip to The Grand Sandestin. Also, we thought the meals were reasonably priced.

Was the best part of our trip!! Great breakfast. Noisy inside though... I'd wait for an outside table next time. And it was cash only... So make sure your ready.

Service was excellent and food was awesome. They have so much to choose from. The Beignets are just as good as Café du Monde. The building is kind of old have a weird smell to it but once you are inside the actual restaurant its perfectly fine and overlooks the bay.

Large size breakfast or brunch portions, good food and, for a coffee person, surprisingly good restaurant coffee.
