Love going to this neat little waterfront restaurant. Can come by boat too. Cocktails, beer, wine, nice happy hour with half off appetizers. Good food and service. They do offer Sunday Brunch. Cute little open bar that is built over the water.

Interesting location with a water view, a bit pricey but the food was good as well. It is off the beaten track which we enjoyed on a hot sunday afternoon

Beer choices are excellent and the appetizers were very good. My sample plate of seafood was fried but that was a mistake. I should of had it grilled. My buddies plates were much better than mine.

My wife & I attended a birthday party here. The fresh fish and the service we received were excellent. We sat at the bar during our visit and Jessica & Kerri could not have been more attentive. Also had the pleasure of being introduced to the owners son Alan who went out of his way to make sure of first... More

My friend and I, along with his dad decided to go here for lunch today. It's truly a place for the locals since you probably wouldn't find it unless you got lost. But I'm glad that we went there and it was a perfect day to be outside and enjoy a meal. Service was slow but that's a relative term... More

Get down on the docks at 15 Ave S. This is definitely off the beaten. Track but get comfy and join the fun. Whether you want a good seafood meal or to sit with a group of your friends and munch and have a brew. Next to the boat storage and access from the water.

We went to this restaurant on a Sunday by 11:30h. We then learned we would have a 50% discount on the drinks and the meals. The waiter was very friendly and he proposed their speciality: the seafood bowl. It was just great!! We were seated on the patio, on the canal. We will return on a regular basis. Less than... More

Live in St Pete all of our lives and had never heard of Fish Tales. Sad to know that this place has been here all this time and we have just found out about it. We have been several times and we are never disappointed. It is a sit outside, eat some good seafood and drink a cold beer kind... More

Have been here 3 times and each time we enjoy the freshly cooked seafood. Open air restaurant located in a canal called Slat Creek, where boats my tie up come in and have a brew or two. Friendly staff, food very good. Beer in the bottle ice, ice cold...Service good. A bit pricy but groupon puts out a coupon often... More

I eat here on occasion because it's close to work. So let's say I've been to Fish Tales 25-30 times. I don't know about "great view" because it's on a canal called Salt Creek. Yes if you're lucky you may see a manatee. But you may also see floating plastic cups and water bottles in the creek because alot of... More
