We got takeout Cubans to take with us to a bar and hangout. They were fantastic, as usual, crunchy bread, generous and flavorful sandwich. This is definitely a go-to place for us.

I asked a local to give me a few must visit restaurants in the downtown St Pete area and this was one of the recommendations. It did not disappoint! Nothing fancy here but really good food. I had the Cuban and it was the best I have ever had. Not much indoor seating so if the weather isn't good you... More

They started in what was an old shack on the side of a building. The real test of their greatness is they've focused on one thing and done that perfectly from the start..... Authentic Cuban food....served fast....with amazing consistency. Very healthy....high quality ingredients.... Dedicated staff.

A Cuban sandwich to die for and the best flavored slow roasted pork I have ever had! Love the eclectic atmosphere! Trying to figure out how many times I can eat here before we leave town. They have a good variety of beverages too. Great prices for such delicious food!

Have been in the area visiting before and always see that this little restaurant has great foot traffic. Now we know why! Our lunch included Pollo Asado pressed sandwich that featured chicken that was coconut marinated, served with mango, mayo, avocado, jicama, Fresno chili with curry. A fantastic group of flavors. Even better was the Lechon plate with tender mojo... More

Their Cuban sandwiches are delicious! This is by no means an "authentic" cuban restaurant and their beans lack flavor but their Cuban definitely competes with authentic Latin spots. They also have a juice bar next door where you can order food and sit indoors. Otherwise all the seating is outdoors. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop here!... More

We stopped here for lunch on the way from the airport to the beach. We were a group of 3 families and everything we had was full of flavor. Our favorite was the Lechon plate with the beans and plantains. A few of us adults tried the Chelado (beer, lime juice served in a salted cup)...loved it. We ate on... More

Located in a nice districit a bit outside of downtown, close to police station and our hotel, this small bodega offers a great opportunity of enjoying real cuban style food. We were going for a cuban sandwich together with a strong, tasty coffee (I love tough espressos). You can sit outside and enjoy the sunny weather while waiting, parking space... More

Two words 'So Good!' I'm a local and this is my favorite walk up place to visit. The pork with black beans, plantains and chicama salad are the best. It's casual, fast and good!
