If you're not willing or able to make the trip up to Tarpon Springs to get the best authentic Greek food in the area, Athenian Garden is a good substitute. They have a great Greek salad and pretty much everything on their menu is very affordable. Good to eat in or carry out. more

The food is just as good as the one one Fourth Street, but the overall ambiance needs a little work. more

Authentic Greek Food, I felt like I was back in Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki! We had the Souvlaki Combo and shared a Horiatiki Salad as an appetizer, it was just delicious! Very nice service, generous portions, great variety of foods and yummy desserts! I live in Orlando, but I will definitely visit again when in St. Petersburg! more
