The Burg is a great place to stop for lunch, dinner and definitely before (and after) every Rays game. The food is awesome, you can't go wrong with any burger, cuban and or the best gyro in town. If the food wasn't enough they have a terrific beer selection with local and micro beers on tab and in the bottle.... More

Based on the TripAdvisor reviews we decided to try the Burg Bar and Grill. We were not disappointed. The Burg Bar and Grill is a very friendly laid back bar/restaurant with excellent food and great service. I got the Healthy Plate ,Burger with a salad, and my wife got the "The Philly" Steak & Cheese. Both were excellent. .

No, lie, the owner's mom cooks the lemon chicken soup herself and won't let anyone else cook it for her! And it shows--it's terrific. The service was very attentive, the food, absolutely delicious. And they have Tangerine Beer that was perfect for a hot spring day. Can't go wrong stopping in for a bite to eat here.

...we mentioned we were hungry. They recommends the Burg which is nearby on Center. If you are looking for a burger and fries in St. Pete I recommend the Burg highly. Nice wine and excellent beer selection as well.

On vacation we decided to go to a Rays baseball game and I saw The Burg as a good choice after finding on Trip Advisor. As most of you may know, the Rays do not draw well so we figured getting there a couple of hours before the game we would not have a problem sitting. We did get a... More

We went here in the mood for good bar food, and that's exactly what we got! They have great hand patted burgers that are grilled over a flame. They have freshly cut french fries that are golden brown and very yummy. This is a bar that serves bar food. So if that is what you are looking for this place... More

This little piece of fun is just on Central in the shadow of the I-275 over pass. Easy to find. Great selection of beers on tap, and the burgers are made fresh to order just the way you like them. The staff was helpfull and friendly. Just had not noticed it before... but its worth a stop if you are... More

This place ain't exactly pretty from the outside! But it's worth every second you spend getting to it! Very warm hosts, great service and awesome food! Great place to watch sports on TV. Any burger you get will be the best! I like the black & blue burger with bacon! The imported & domestic beers are the freshest & coldest... More

Quaint neighborhood spot. Beer and wine only but the beer list is pretty broad and we finally found some beer worth drinking in the area. We also had a Gyro, which was delicious and James was there to take care of us and he did. Thanks James! We were lost and hungry and stumbled upon this spot but glad we... More

OK Five Stars Here....The Burg is another best kept secret by the St Pete locals. Very small joint w/great food & beer/wine bar (damn cold beer too). A family run business where the owners stop by your table to make sure your happy, the mother (Mom) sends you off w/ a smile & a kiss if you'd like. Friendly staff... More
