Description: The Flying Bridge is quintessential Florida dining. From its origins as an authentic cracker cottage - the simple architectural style of the state's first settlers - to the fresh grouper sandwiches of its kitchen, the restaurant serves up an experience that you can't find outside of the Sunshine State. In warm weather, the restaurant's open-air feel gives you fresh gulf breezes and spectacular views of the beach with our meandering waterway running right beneath you.

Great food, quick service, very convinant if you don,t want to leave the beach and the pool area. The drinks were great and my kids loved their chocolate shake.

Small casual restaurant on the property of TradeWinds. Good food for the price. It's the ambiance of the place that makes it special.

Fries are extra with wraps/sandwiches. but wraps were good. Nachos are enough for 2-3 people. Gyro was good also.

If you're staying at the Tradewinds, I'd put this in the "must do" category. If you're not, mainly because of its location, not so much.

If you want a quick bite with a good view of the pool and beach. You can even see the sunset from the right side of the restaurant. The food is very fresh. I highly recommend the fish tacos.

We were staying near Tradewinds resort and wanted to eat at The Flying Bridge. There were 7 in our party which included 2 kids. They are not set up for larger parties at all. We pushed 2 tables together and they got mad that we did so. Our server was not very friendly and the food was just very average.... More

Food was average for the price. Service was a little slow. It was hot so the breeze throughout was great.

We went here because it was convenient to our room at Tradewinds but will not go back. In fact it convinced us of the need to go buy our own alcohol and leave property to eat for all our other meals. Our margaritas were watered down and cost $14 each! We had a side salad, two appetizers and two drinks... More

Had the crab cake sandwich and it was terrible. I will eat anything, and could not eat it. The crab cake had a horrible smell and the color was so disgusting I could not eat it. Kids meals were fine, and husband thought his burger was fine, not great. Drinks were very good. Same drinks at the rest of the... More

Drinks were good but a bit pricey. Food was disappointing. We ordered conch fritters and they were burnt on the outside and still gooey on the inside - terrible.
