Description: The Flying Bridge is quintessential Florida dining. From its origins as an authentic cracker cottage - the simple architectural style of the state's first settlers - to the fresh grouper sandwiches of its kitchen, the restaurant serves up an experience that you can't find outside of the Sunshine State. In warm weather, the restaurant's open-air feel gives you fresh gulf breezes and spectacular views of the beach with our meandering waterway running right beneath you.

Very Expensive place to eat and drink. 4 sandwich's, 3 mixed drinks and a draft beer was over $100. Food was tasty but not for the price and drinks tasted watered down.

Our server was very nice and friendly but did seem a bit nervous. The food was very good and the price fit what they were offering there. I liked how it was right near the beach but a little close to the kid pool area.

The food here was typical casual beach fare - burgers, salads, some fish. I had the fish tacos one night and they were pretty good. A nice hunk of fish well cooked. But some cilantro and lime would have made them excellent instead of just pretty good. And they let us bring our own bottle of wine and open it... More

If you are staying at the Trade Wind Resort in St Pete Beach I recommend coming here for a quick drink. They also serve a great lunch. Close to the beach so many people come in their swimsuits.

We ate here just once, but it is beachside and pool side. The staff was wonderful and the food was very good. The prices were all very reasonable and we enjoyed our visit.

Got in late. Needed a place to eat and as soon as we got down we could smell the food. It was open and was nice. Service was quick and good. Food was piping hot as well!

You can sit out or inside and have a nice view. The menu has a lot on it for different appetites. I had the grouper sandwich broiled and it was very good. Service was great.

Good consistent food. Friendly staff. I noticed that the service on the last day was not as good as on the weekend.

Burger was tasty. The atmosphere was casual so you didn't have to worry about putting on your best dress.
