Good and so so

My sister LOVES the snow crab legs. My scallops were good. The sea bass was not so good. Guess it depends on what u order. Interesting marina at the docks behind the restaurant .

Ordered the grouper sandwich, was very good. The calamari was served with warm marinara, excellent. Service just ok. We sat at a small bar table that was waterfront. Would go back.

From the outside it doesn't look like much. The inside also doesn't look like much. Just your standard waterfront café. We waited in the bar for a table. The bartender was very efficient and fast. The waiter was unbelievable as we ordered. As we ordered he asked us questions about our preferences and then made suggestions that didn't translate into... More

We visited Sea Critters Cafe while on an excursion to Pass-A-Grille (awesome area). I ordered the shrimp burger and loved it. Service there was "o.k." but a table of drunks behind us (at lunchtime). Server kept offering them more pitchers (mistake). It was obvious the entire dining area was irritated by listening to them. Manager should've nipped that one. My... More

We returned to Sea Critters since our last visit in 2013 and had another great experience. We had the grouper sandwich, salmon sandwich, lobster role, and the jambalaya and everything was great. Our server was very good and delivered friendly, professional service.

Have been there twice-last night, we ordered the featured entrees-no price was listed-on one, the fish was fresh but overcooked, on the other, not fresh and smothered in cheese to cover it up-24 to 28 bucks-it's a snowbird/tourist hangout-what can I say?- lots of better places for locals who know what fresh, well-prepared fish tastes like.

Dear newmarty2014, I am sorry to hear that you received an overcooked piece of fish on your visit last night. Certainly if you had made your server aware, we would have been more than happy to cook you another piece or replace it with something else. We also would not have covered it up with cheese...unless you asked us to... More

Freat, fresh squeezed fruit for your Margherita. Fine fresh fish served "your way" blackened, fried, grilled or with special sauces. here is a list of fresh catch fish on the blackboard as you arrive. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable on all the offerings. it's of choices in the non-fish category as well, but being so close to the ocean we... More

Joe and I and our family have dedicated years of grueling research into the earth-shattering question of who serves the best key lime pie. We take our responsibility seriously, and have, purely altruistically, gained considerable weight while researching all across the US, from Hawaii to Florida, and as far out as the Bahamas. The votes are in and Sea Critters... More

This was a quaint little restaurant right on the Harbor. You could eat inside or outside on their deck which overlooks the Harbor. The food was tasty, Halibut was delicious. If you like Hog Wings, don't get them here. They are dry. But everything else was great.

Great place to sit out on the water and relax. The food is very good. I loved the blackened grouper sandwich (had it twice during my stay). The peel and eat shrimp is great as is the clam chowder. My friends had a great lunch as well.
