This is a lovely restaurant and a definite cut above anything in the area. It is fine dining and the chef knows his way around the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

The service and food were good, but did not match the prices. I expected to be wowed by both and was not.

My husband have been here twice. I love that's in The Don Cesar, the beautiful pink hotel that stands like a castle between St Petersburg beach and Pass-A-Grille. The restaurant is lovely. The food and presentation were worth the money for us. It is certainly not inexpensive but if you're looking for an elegant evening with wonderful food this is... More

The food is good for the most part. My fiancee had the swordfish and wasn't impressed but the lobster pasta was tasty. Wine is highly marked up, $24 bottles at any grocery store or wine store for twice that price. Champagne prices insane. Would recommend just dining at one of the other Don Cesar restaurants and saving some money for... More

The food was excellent but we left hungry. I had the tasting menu and I had the wine pairing which meant that I left drunk and hungry. The caviar was a joke, two microscopic cakes with a pinpoint of caviar, tiny salmon taste, half portion of sea bass, for $100, and they add 18% "for your convenience" ha ha ha.... More

I had the lobster/pasta/vegetable entree at dinner. It was the most expensive item. I couldn't find any lobster in it. Pasta was soft & mushy. Crab cake appetizer very good. Dark bread exellent. Service friendly but unprofessional--waitress dropped dirty silverware in my lap. Food was pretty good overall but the entree left a lot to be desired--overpriced.

So disappointed here. Awesome menu. Professional service. Gorgeous room. Everything seemed perfect. But the food??? Is there new Chef? Maybe he is on vacation? It seemed impossible the creative genius that made that menu was cooking our meal. Next time headed to fancy dinner- when making reservations I should ask if the head chef is cooking or off that day.

Great small restaurant with a lot of attention to detail. Fresh seafood and locally sourced everything. Gourmet dining with some fun fish tanks as decor

The cobia and snapper were both PERFECT. One of the aquariums next to the tables has a big moray eel in it. Make a reservation and ask for the table next to the eel.
