Excellent breakfast!!!

We stopped in for a casual breakfast and were delighted by great food and service. We sat outside as the place was packed and were served by a young man, named T.C, the grandson of the original owner. At only 10 yrs old, he gave better service than we had received at out previous 2 eateries in st... read more

Great little place. Yes if you go there in sat it Sunday am around 9am it will be swamped. But that is to be expected. Awesome food and great prices. $4.95 for two eggs, two giant pancakes and two bacon! Awesome deal. Awesome blueberry pancakes. The server was really attentive despite being the only one. Also a super nice man... More

What a great find! Thanks to a wonderful waitress at another restaurant (see my review of Jackie's on Corey Street) in St Pete Beach, we found Gayle's diner for a great, inexpensive breakfast! Looks like a hole in the wall trailer on the outside but don't be put off! Inside is clean, friendly, fast service with good food. Lots of... More

We had breakfast at this diner and really enjoyed it. I figured if the locals like it, it must be good. Price is very reasonable, food was good and atmosphere was friendly. Good service. Cash only.

what can you say about this place other than that (my title above, that is). They are friendly here, definitely a locals place. Seems everyone know each other here (other than me). We've had breakfast and lunch a couple of times each here and it was good. Not great, but for the price you can't say too much about it.... More

We stopped here for breakfast. It's an old-fashioned diner filled with the locals. We had the special and were not disappointed, and the price was very reasonable. Service was superb!

Only open for breakfast and lunch. In a very busy intersection of St. Pete Beach and sometimes hard to navigate. Food is average. Service is average. Prices are quite reasonable. Been twice but not interested in going back.

We arrived to absolutely be treated like low class scum the owner told us she had no high chair or booster seat so we asked her for good idea on a restaurant to get a quick breakfast and so she said go to ninas cafe around the corner so we did and they were closed on Tuesdays. ...hmmm gee thanks... A typical small diner, not flash surroundings and almost walked on by when we arrived but decided to give it a try so our children could experience breakfast away from the commercial chains. Very friendly service and good value food. Don't expect kids to be provided with crayons etc or a huge range of fancy breakfast options, but if you... More
