This was by far our favorite raw bar in the area! We visited on a beautiful sunny day and sat outside with our dog on one of the picnic tables. It was happy hour when oysters on the half shell are half price and the place was packed. Our server, Patrick, was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. When ordering the... More

Definitely go for drinks and atmosphere. This place is fun! My wife and I found the bartenders great and the overall vibe of the place wonderful! STEER CLEAR OF THE TUNA Spread appetizer thingy. I was expecting something like a crab dip, but with tuna... A nice snack to keep me from getting pie eyed and from over indulging on... More

Neat little place. Me and the wife really enjoyed the oysters. The kids liked there meals as well. Staff was friendly and service good. The only complaint is the pop is sold by the can and $1.50 a can seems high. We would definitely go back for the oysters.

We stopped here while driving around St. George Island. They had great oysters and cold beer! Fun little place!

Local island gem! Every Friday from 3:30 to 4:30, it's 1/2 price raw oyster hour...best oysters we have ever eaten. Great people, music and open air vibe. Loved it!

This is my favorite hangout on Saint George Island, It is a small "good weather" bar, not much seating inside. they have a great selection of tap beers including my favorite, Guinness and the owners favorite, Boddington ale. If you are hungry, get the oysters otherwise "stay hungry my friend". Happy hour is a dozen raw oysters for 6 bucks... More

Wonderful oysters, and half price makes it twice as good. Crazy vibe, sitting outside or standing room only. Music. Great service....I don't know how the one waiter can keep track of everything!

We met island friends there upon their recommendation for raw oysters. Being this close to Apalachicola one would expect great oysters the first dozen was great, large the following dozen was a little small. Due to the amount of fresh water coming into the bay, these oysters lacked the saltiness that most Apalach. oyster have. (We learned this from a... More

I never write reviews, but do use trip advisor to help choose what I should check out when traveling. Eddy Teach's Raw Bar had good reviews, looked like a fun local spot when I went there, but the food was BAD, if felt unclean, and it was overpriced. Two sandwiches and two soft drinks for $32? Really? We sat at... More

If he hasn't already done so, Guy Fieri should take a trip to SGI and visit Teach's. This is a true dive and a great restaurant to try. The day we visited the US Olympic Hockey team was playing Canada so it was being televised on a couple of the TVs. The crab cakes were very good and loaded with... More
