My family finally drug me somwhere to try oysters and I fell in love with them and Teach's has the best! Ive had them a few times since I've been home and a few other vacation sports but I will never eat another oyster until I go back to Teach's! Fun enviroment with live music and the freshest oysters you... More

This place is definitely for oyster lovers, such as I.Oyster Heaven for raw ones on the half shell, their"oyster hour" daily. They shuck them right in front of you, place on ice served on a tray for you to take to your table. You hand them the ticket or tickets for each raw dozen you purchased at half price from your... For a cold brew and a nice place to chat with the locals , this is the place to go. Larry the Sailor was playing (Saturday Night) and we had a lively little crowd. There's nothing like a nice fresh salty oyster that slept in the bay the night before, and Eddy's has all you need. Wish we didn't live... More

This is the only place I know of where I can get my Boddington's and Smithwicks. Put those together with all the different ways to eat your oysters and you can't go wrong. There is live music almost every night but we make it a point to be there when Tom Mason and the Blue Buccaneers are playing because you... More

Listen, this really isn't a place for children, it's a beach BAR that sells food. They do, however, welcome your (well-behaved) dogs, who are sometimes greeted more warmly than some customers LOL. That is part of the ambiance here, though. Bring your own markers and write just about any place you choose (keep it relatively clean though). They have some... More

My wife & I spent 2 nights at the Buccaneer Inn on St George's Island in late September, lunching and dining at Eddie Teach's. Fabulous tasting Apalachicola Bay raw oysters and peel n eat shrimp, washed down with local brews and vino. AaaaH!

When I stepped into the bar, I liked the looks of it. That all changed quickly. One of the employees, James Frost was extremely rude to me. I asked nicely for a marker to write on the wall (like everyone does) and be for I could finish my sentence, he corrected me and told me to say "please" then turned... More
