Good but Check your Bill Carefully

We read good reviews about the Fish and Chips and liked the fact that they had small and large portions to choose from. The small is $9.95. My husband and I each got one and the small was more than enough. (see picture) My husband also got a Corona beer while I had water. The fish was cod and... read more

The Guinness and Magners are great, but the food was merely OK. I'm pretty sure it was fresh at one time but then frozen as individual servings and microwaved to order. Service is good and friendly.

Liked this place a lot. It's off the beaten path slightly. Its a quaint little dinning room that had a unique feel. We had this place recommended to us by a local tour guide and were so glad he recommended it (thank you Sheriff). Without his endorsement I don't know if we would have ever tried it. Glad we did.

We had come to this place for many years, but hadn't been back to St. Augustine in about 5 years. When we walked in; with a couple we did not know; but recommended this place to, we were disheartened by the service (The other couple left after 5 minutes). Finally after finally getting our drink order, it was another 10... More

This is where we went our first night in St Augustine. This place was very laid back. We just wanted to relax after a long gone drive. The waitress was excellent as she was the only one waiting on tables in the entire place. She smiled and was pleasant the whole time. This place is very unique. The fried pickles... More

This tiny pub is cozy and consists of one room with a fireplace which was not burning on the cold day we were there. The bar is in the same room you dine in. Very casual. The bar maid came out and took our order. I got the fish and chips. My son got a burger because they did not... More

I was walking around town with my two dogs and was planning on going back to the house to eat but got really hungry. I walked up to ask if I could sit on the outside dining with the dogs and was immediately invited to dine there, they even had water bowls for the dogs. I love places like this.... More

We were going on a wine carriage ride to view the festival of lights and picked a restaurant close by which happened to be The Prince of Wales. I had read the reviews of their fish and chips dinner for my wife and I both ordered the small portion and was definitely glad we did. The small portion is very... More

My husband and I and another couple went to see the lights in St. Augustine, have dinner, both couples celebrating our anniversaries. After a lot of back and forth, reading many reviews of many different restaurants, we agreed to Prince of Wales. When we walked up to the place, there were a couple of tables of diners outside. We walked... More
