Loved It! Stopped for drinks and stayed for dinner

Three of us moved to the Prince of Wales after another pub stop, Trish is amazing! My Guinness was perfectly poured and fresh, sat there with her long enough a fourth joined us and we ordered the large fish and chips. Large is an understatement, was enough for two of us and a third to snack on... read more

With so many pubs in St Augustine it was hard to choose which one to go to. Well, we chose correctly because the food was great. I had the fish and chips and my husband had the cottage pie ( that may not be the correct name) and we were both very pleased. My fish was some of the best... More

Cozy little British Pub with a friendly and welcoming staff. Great selection of beers. We really wanted to try the food since it looked and smelled great but we had plans elsewhere. Will certainly return. We just hung out for two rounds of beer but it was comfortable and we were not rushed. There is a tiny bar (maybe 4... More

The restaurant itself was very quaint, we sat on the porch to eat lunch It is on a side street away from all the hustle. . Our hostess was very attentive. The prices were a little too high, $8.99 for a basic burger that came with very very salty fries.

Best fish and chips in town! A must do for your St. Augustine trip. Good beer on tap. Service was excellent and great pub atmosphere!

Another stop on our St. Augustine food trail has always been The Prince of Wales!! The onion ring appetizer is a must. The fish and chips have to be the best this side of the Atlantic! No one in their right mind can finish the large portion. They also have other British favorites like bangers and mash among others. Excellent... More

This place is awesome! We had the guiness beef stew and the fish and chips. Both were superb. We plan on returning tonight to try something else and get more fish and chips!! You must try this place!

Service was good...my father had the fish and chips which he really enjoyed...I had my favorite pub food...Shepherds pie...which really wasn't very good. So go for the fish and chips if you go.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do pride ourselves in the authenticity of our Fish and Chips and are happy to hear your Father enjoyed it! We do not serve Shepard's Pie, but serve Cottage Pie. It is similar to Shepard's Pie, but not the same. More

We chanced by this great English Pub and enjoyed a nice lunch. The Pub is located on a shaded back street, with porch seating. The interior is warm and inviting, with great decor. We had excellent service and a tasty meal of delicious fish and chips for lunch. I chose the homemade onion rings and my husband enjoyed the thick... More

Too much food! Could not finish all. It is nice they have smaller pours than a pint. Fish and chips were really good and could not finish the smaller size ordered. Cottage pie was really good. It was nice to see mushy peas on the menu.
