We stopped into the Prince of Wales for a drink. We had so much fun in a short amount of time. The bartender, a woman with a strong accent, was so friendly and made us laugh the whole time we were there. It is tucked away a little on the side streets, but definitely a good find.

In the mood for Fish & Chips? THIS IS THE PLACE!! Off the Main Street and sitting on a corner, flags flying, and seats ready for you! I can't say enough about the Fish & Chips but they have a great menu of other English dishes. Only one thing missing. A Manchester United scarf on the wall!

Stumbled on this pub on the way to the second-hand bookshop and noticed they did deep fried mushrooms. That's what drew us in to this British pub for a late lunch. Friendly owner. Food good. Quirky pub inside. Added to the ceiling decoration of dollar bills.

Great pub food in the heart of St Augustine. Trish in the bar really knows her stuff and is always pleasant and helpful.

We have always enjoyed The Prince of Wales. We've tried just about every different thing on the menu. At least one of our family always orders the fish and chips. We've tried both the deep fried burger and hot dog and found both of them to be delicious. The fish and chips are tops with the batter coming out nice... More

Fun pub with traditional beers and ciders, very good food and quirky atmosphere. Terrific portion of fish and chips (the large is shareable) and enjoyable respite from our tour around St. Aug. Stop in, you won't be disappointed but remember, it's a pub not fine dining!

What a great little place in the historic district on an old fashion cobble stoned street. Beautiful old oaks cover the outdoor sitting for ample shade. There is outdoor live music on certain days. We went for dinner and boy was it hot out. The food was excellent and service was ok - she never came by to ask how... More

This is a small, intimate place with a friendly wait staff, good food and reasonable prices. We enjoyed a late lunch of Cottage Pie (me) and fish & chips (husband). Both were very good. We had a few brews, listened to some great live music and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Eat inside or out. This place is worth a visit!

We stopped by The Prince of Wales while visiting historic St. Augustine. We had planned on visiting another English pub, but it was closed on Mondays. We were greeted by a younger guy behind the bar. He was attentive to us & kept our sweet tea refilled. Considering how hot it was that day, this was fantastic. We split the... More

kind of pricy and you had to wait a long time, the fish was overcooked. My husband and son were looking forward to eating there, not anymore. They were also out of slaw.
