Great local restaurant

When I first walked in, I didn't think I would like it. I don't know why, I just thought it wouldn't be good. They do have a small menu, but it does interchange every once in a while. My family and I ordered the bacon wrapped meatloaf, the chicken sandwich, and the french dip. The meatloaf was... read more

Two of us ordered a bowl of what they called on the menu Crab & Shrimp chowder. The portion was small and the largest chunks of anything in the soup were pieces of corn. There may have been shredded crab in it, but there was definitely NO shrimp. We thought this strange because it wasn't described as having corn in... More

This was a stop on a haunted pub crawl for us. Cool vibe and lay out and they have the "ghost bar" upstairs, embracing the spirit who lives there! Nothing spectacular about beers, but def a neat place to check out if you like old spooky places!

Had lunch here with 3 friends. Wait staff friendly. Too long of a wait for the food, over 25 minutes. My friends had the Rhett Butler Burger and thought it was ok. I had the clam chowder and a side of cole slaw, both were only ok. We had Mammy's Margaritas which cost $8.00 each and literally consisted of a... More

We've been to Scarlett O'Hara's twice in the past week. The first time, we just had a couple of appetizers and some deliciously cold beer at happy hour. The chicken wings tasted a little warmed over and the onion loaf was a little greasy, but, it was happy hour and we were happy! Yesterday evening we went back for dinner.... More

Nice place to sit outside and have a meal and/or a drink and people watch. Nice location a little out of the hustle and bustle. We have been eating here for 11 years now and still stop in for at least a drink if not for a lunch or dinner.

We come to St Augustine at least 2 times a year and we always eat at Scarlett O'Haras. The food us average but the atmosphere is pretty cool.

Usually go for happy hour on Friday's for the past 10 years or so. Had a great spread with nice appetizers. Took that away several months ago. Now new ownership took away 2 for 1 happy hour drinks. A "pint" of beer is only 12 oz. using these new thick bottom rimmed glasses. Was once a terrific place for locals... More

Spent an entire evening there. We bounced from outdoor bar to inside. Had beers and wings. Food was great. Service was great. Prices very reasonable Relaxed and casual Smoking at outdoor bar. Live music most nights. In the heart of St Augustine's Historical District.

While waiting for your delicious food to arrive, enjoy the Gone with the Wind portraits and paintings that cover the walls inside. If you're lucky, score one of the four tables on the small deck. If not, the booths inside are comfortable. The staff are efficient and friendly. The building dates from the 1860s. The restaurant/tavern aren't marked on the... More
