Good salad

I had a salad with artichoke hearts, heart of palm, cucumber, green olives, pimentos, carrots. It was more than I could eat and cost 4 dollars before tax. Tucked into Old Town,in very tiny storefront with lots of history. The empanadas are incredible, as good as I have eaten in Uruguay. Be sure and get the datil sauce too.

This bakery use to be very family oriented, affordable and had friendly service only a year ago! Looks like this bakery jumped on the tourist wagon and started over charging and giving out bad service. Yes it is in a tourist area and yes it is St Augustine but this place was more authentic to visitors and we used to... More

We went on Sunday. The open at 10 am. My husband got the sausage roll and loved it. I got 2 empanadas one chicken and one beef, which we ate only ride home. 4 rolls, and raspberry white chocolate scone, all very good. Our next trip I want to try sweet potato and apple caramel. The bread was done by... More

We were looking for a more traditional Spanish meal so we thought we'd try it. 3 of us are for less than $20, which is reasonable for the location. Salad was nothing special, but the desserts were excellent.

My husband and I ate lunch here and it was yummy. We had beef empanadas and Serrano ham and manchego cheese sandwich. They were delicious and a great deal, $4 each. We sat outside at a picnic table with umbrella. It had a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of trees providing shade.

I used to visit this place with my dad back in the mid 90's, and this is actually my first visit since he passed, we'd come here maybe once a month in our St Augustine day trips. We would have the soup & bread. Today my family and I had the lunch combo ($6.50) soup, cookie, roll & drink. My... More

We picked up our lunch after church---empanadas and sausage rolls for the kids. Easy to get in and out, friendly service, seating outside if desired, and very convenient! Forgot some sauce so Don't forget to ask for it!!

We stopped for lunch. It is located right off of St. George Street, near the public restrooms. We all had the lunch combo, which was reasonably priced and included an entree, roll, drink and cookie. We had salads, empanadas, gazpacho and sausage rolls. We all had lemon cookies, which were excellent. We ate underneath the cedar tree. It was a... More

It was too hot to eat outside, so we grabbed some pastries to take home. The cinnamon rolls are huge and absolutely delicious. I plan to pick up a few of those every time I visit St. Augustine. I look forward to the bread and picadillo as soon as the weather gets cooler.
