ALWAYS A-ONE !!!!!!!!

Love the food here...always 5 star. 4 of us arrived late and waited at the outside bar. The bartender, a lovely lady, earned a huge tip by getting us a table after a short wait. WE all fish dishes. Flounder was unbielable as usual. This is our favorite resturant in the world!!!

This restruant was fantastic.. All of the tables faced the river and wonderful sunset views. All of the tables were located under old oak trees that were draped in lights. The restruant was quite large and well organized. The staff new the menu and were efficient and friendly. the food was primarly seafood and was excellant. They had an extensive... More

Local place for me and I there a lot.......sat at the outside bar with a great view. Had a fantastic Rombauer Chardonnay Companion and I split my favorite app -- the Greek Scallops which come in an amazing sauce......and an entree which was new to me -- Gnocchi Chicken. I have a couple go to riches like the Vanilla Rum... More

4/14/15 Wife and I dined at Capps on the water off of A1A north of Saint Augustine, FL today. We arrived at 4:45pm and was surprised at the crowd there already when they opened for dinner at 4:30pm. I had the the Crusted with horseradish Grouper with vanilla sauce and fried spinach over mashed potatoes. All was absolutely outstanding. My... More

As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by a bunch of teeny bobber nasty girls, which direct you to your table.. ( actually keep you waiting, even if tables are free )...the manager, who was there, has been there a long time, and should looking into investing in some professionals up front. It is almost a joke for these... More

This restaurant has been here for some time and we come usually with friends that want a good meal with a water view. Over the years it has been "found". Sad but true. It started out a really good place to actually have a decent meal and also have a view, which is rare. But now it has become a... More

We ate at Caps based on the recommendation locals . The food was good perfect size portions. The setting was beautiful, right on the water in the bay, watching the sunset while we ate . The kids got to play on the little beach while we waited for our food. I got a pitcher of red sangria which was delicious.

The atmosphere is one of the best we've seen anywhere and the food was incredibly delicious. It would have been perfect, but our server disappeared after she took our order and we didn't see her again until she asked if we needed boxes. When they brought out our food, my husband hadn't gotten his salad. We waited for the server... More

5 years ago my husband and I decided to dine here for dinner during a touristy visit. Last weekend during our relocation trip to Jacksonville we knew we had to visit again and I can say it did not disappoint! This is still our favorite seafood restaurant in St. Augustine and well worth the short drive from downtown Jacksonville. When... More
