We were staying at the Ocean Sands, and Lisa at the front desk said that Caps is the only seafood restaurant she would recommend. Her comment was if you don't like it I will pay for your meal..... How could we go wrong/ Lisa was right great food and the best service that I have had in years. We tried... More

Told we had to sit at hot uncomfortable table since we were only 2 people "in case" they "get a wait." There was no one waiting. We left and will not be back.

Sat at the outside back bar. Amazing sunset! Great local beer on tap. I tried the fries app with curry mayo sauce. Then the vanilla grouper. Grouper was sweet but flaky. Simply amazing. We'll worth a few more dollars over the chains.

Was here on vacation and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Our waiter, Adam, gave perfect recommendations for all the locally caught fish (grouper and black drum that particular evening) and the whole group enjoyed their meals. The appetizer shrimp and calamari vilano were spicy and delicious. The salted caramel cheesecake is a must for dessert. I would definitely recommend this place... More

This was a wonderful surprise!! Though a little pricey, well worth every bite!! Our waitress was amazing and her suggestions were spot on!! The freshest food I've enjoyed at a restaurant in a long time!! The coconut pineapple cake is the best dessert I've ever had!! Highly recommend!!!

Been in town 9 days and wish we had been here earlier, fantastic views, service, food. Had the tuna taco, others had the fish and chips and a salad. Fantastic. Best place I've been to in years. I WILL be back.

The crab cakes and the grilled asparagus were A-mazing! And being able to eat while looking out at the intracoastal was awesome.

Drive a little bit out of town and get yourself down to Cap's! The view is gorgeous. We went on a Saturday late afternoon for some college football and apps. Best Decision Ever! The peel and eat Gulf shrimp were absolutely the best i think I've ever eaten. We also had the lobster fritters-delicately fried-wonderful! Of course, the big draw... More

Caps is in a beautiful spot. Nice to eat outside on the deck. The food is pricey for what you get. The one thing I really disliked was they allow smoking on the patio. Smoking should not be allowed where people are eating.
