I had heard wonderful things about the Sea Oats Caffe. Perhaps breakfast is good, but stay clear of a simple chicken sandwich unless you like to pay more for a sandwich than what it's worth and it also tastes terrible. If you want to go -- try breakfast but if you order anything with mayo, be prepared to feel icky... More

Lots of choices for breakfast. I recommend the cheese grits and pancakes. They offer gluten free options and egg whites. Fresh, local food. A great way to start your day.

Great food... Small so on weekends there may be a wait... Had a takeout sandwich and breakfast next morning... The staff was GREAT... We will go back...

We had a hard time finding someplace near our condo that served breakfast so we were happy to find this restaurant. They serve a huge variety of pancakes (many of which kids will LOVE) but also great bacon (crispy--just the way I like it), eggs, toast, etc. My boys loved the white chocolate chip pancakes, and my husband's omelette was... Quality food, many choices, affordable prices. I've never seen so many choices of pancakes! They also know how to make bacon extra crispy, the first time.

I just wanted the standard breakfast. But the eggs were dry, the toast cold, and the homefries soggy. I think they're known more for their weird pancake concoctions.

We are early risers and always have trouble finding an open place to eat breakfast. We went by at 7:30 and their sign said 8. We checked out a few other places but ended up back here at 7:45 prepared to wait. Luckily the open sign was already flashing. I'm an eggs, bacon and hashbrown kinda girl and those were... More

Sorry for a poor rating but this eating establishment is truly below average. I have eaten there many times and it's never lived up to my first experience. At times there has been poor service but that is to be expected in some of the best restaurants in town. Yesterday it was beyond poor. The food is the reason for... More

This is our favorite place for breakfast whenever we're in st. Augustine. It is usually crowded and a little noisy, but the coffee is always hot and good and keeps coming, wait staff very friendly, and food is delicious. I usually order blueberry pancakes or an omelet, prepared just the way I order them. My husband is the "over easy"... More

My girlfriend's family and I went here the other day for breakfast. I ordered a meal that had cheese grits sausage toast and eggs. Everything in the meal was good except for the grits. I thought the food was good but not great. I did taste their regular pancakes and they were pretty good. I would say it is probably... More
