We started with the crab cakes which we realllyyy good. for my entree I got the steak medallions with mashed potatoes and veggies. my boyfriend got the shrimp and grits. he liked it overall but said that it was really spicy and the grits weren't the best. for dessert we had a warm brownie sundae which was delicious. Service was... More

We were in St Augustine for a week and tried a number of places. Many were disappointing, but A1A was great. The service was awesome. We sat upstairs near the kitchen and unfortunately saw every meal that was going out. Unfortunately, because it made us second guess what we ordered because everything looked so good. There were 12 in our... More

This place is very popular so it was busy. We had a short wait and had delicious sangria and beer at the bar. Once we were seated we ordered an appetizer called blue chips that were good. We each ordered a special off of the specials menu and they were some of the best dishes we had in a long... More

Had our last meal in St Augustine here and it was fab. They have a great range of Ales plus their own homemade Root Beer. The food was fresh and delicious. It had a great atmosphere, clearly everyone was enjoying their food too.

We had lunch here. It was cool inside on a hot summer day but it was extremely loud. We sat on the first floor so not sure if the top floor was any quieter. The acoustics were terrible and you could hear every person in the restaurant talking:/ the food was ok. I had a Cobb salad which was fresh... More

Went to the bar one night and really enjoy just hanging out listening to music and trying their ales. We went to the restaurant the next night and we were able to sit out on the porch which was pretty but the food was just average. The food didn't have much flavor but we had an exceptional meal the night... More

I remember when the A1A opened, it probably was a little 'touristy' back then. But, I've been coming back ever since for the great food and better beer. There are certainly other, more quaint local pubs in St Augustine (a lot of them, in fact), but for craft beer paired with good food, it's one of the best. And, it's... More

We stopped in for lunch here before touring Flagler College. The grilled Mahi was excellent. We had the Kings Street Light which was wonderful. Ate outside with a good view of the bay! Would be a 5 star if the staff were better. Service was robotic and cold. The food and brew will bring us back. Maybe they were just... More

We ate out on the balcony and had a very nice view of the water. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good.

The food was just OK. I got chicken with vegetables and my husband got a cheeseburger. I've had better food for cheaper prices. Our waitress was nice but we did have to ask for refills twice. I wouldn't go back. The best part was the view, but still not worth the money we paid to eat there.
