So it was rainy, windy and night time but for my wife's birthday we enjoyed downtown St Aug. The holiday lights shimmering on the wet pavement created a magical atmosphere-the service was good, the food quite tasty. I had an amazing braised cubed steak pot pie; my wife had an excellent grouper special, our daughter seafood fettuccini. The wine and... More

First visit to St.Augustine today. We walked in A1A ale works because of the cool seating upstairs. Our waiter was totally clueless and off in la la land. Food is way over priced for what it actually is. Beer was good to say the least. Left hungry after an expensive bill. Will not return.

Loaded down with packages we made the trek across the park in the square to the most delightful dinning experience . The drinks were outstanding . Servers were most helpful and very pleasant . A great way to end our day of shopping and sightseeing .

A great busy place with really good menu for all tastes. Sit in or dine on balcony overlooking the city.Very good service but be prepared to wait. Have a drink at the bar while waiting.

I had Paella and my wife had Shrinp Skewers. Both were solidly prepared. We ate upstairs where the noise level was much lower.

Have stopped here several times on our St Augustine visits. Very well crafted beers brewed on site and top notch food and sevice. Great views from the 2nd floor balcony.

Fresh Food is always our favorite. Food: very tasty and delicate. The chefs put hearts in their food. Very nice food presentation. Service was timely. We went there twice. No seats available. The first time, the lady told us to come back on Tuesday. We should able to get seated. When we were there for the second time, no one... More

We ate here and were very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service. We had the crab cake appetizer, which was cold and very greasy. I complained to our waitress Jessica and her response was that the kitchen was very busy sorry. No offer to reheat the crab cakes so I told her to take them... More

Great location, (if parking can be found). Food average plus with some good distinct, flavors/not totally run of the mill. Fun to sit outside on porch to eat, if you can. Restaurant itself smells kind of bad? Not sure why so many St Augustine restaurants are rated 4-4.5 stars on this site, but this one is typically better than average.
