You can feed the fish through a trap door at your table. Older vintage type seafood restaurant. Food was good but feeding fish was better.

The view is great. The next best thing is feeding the catfish from your table...other than that...not so good. First, it wasn't busy but took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. I asked for water no lemon got water WITH lemon. French fries were soggy. Never checked to see if we were doing ok. Brought my husband... More

Been there twice, and I must agree with some of the other reviews I see. It's a nice place to be. But the food while good, is a bit pricey. Still my grandson had a blast feeding the fish, just wish we could have gone back, but could not afford to do so. Still next time we go to St... More

We went there for seafood during a thunder storm. Lightening knocked out the electricity before we could order and wouldn't be back on for hours. All non-alcoholic drinks were on the house at that time. The kids however had a fantastic time feeding the fish and birds while waiting to see if the electricity would come back on. The next... More

Meeting with a thunderstorm while sightseeing we went in this restaurant to take shelter and get a drink and appetizers since it was too early for dinner. We ordered spinach artichoke dip and mozzarella sticks (nibs). The food wasn't that great and it was $30 for the appetizers, an iced tea and two beers. We fed the birds through the... More

We hadn't been to the Santa Maria in about 10 years and unfortunately, not much has changed. The restaurant in general is quite old and run-down, the food is nothing to write home about, but feeding the fish is fun. My suggestion is to go for a snack and a drink and have fun feeding the fish from your table,... More

The food here was average. A little pricey for the quality. The oysters were like breaded pencil erasers. The experience is cool tho. The resturaunt is old and over the water. They have doors that you can open and feed the fish. The staff was friendly and gave quick service. If you like spending loads of money for average, then... More

Meh....the food wasn't worth the cost. It was more fun feeding the fish than eating the food. I do not recommend it and the restaurant feels as if its about to fall in to the water.

We went because my husband had gone there twenty years ago, I don't think it had changed much since his last visit. Our son had a great time feeding the fish, gulls and watching the boats so I am glad we went but the food was not that good and overpriced. The restaurant itself looked dated and dingy with a... The she-crab soup was delicious and hearty. The ability to feed fish while you eat your meal is a really neat concept. Waitresses bring you baskets of bread to feed to the fish by way of openings on your window ledge. This activity is enjoyed by all no matter your age!
