Collage is a very small, lovely restaurant with delicious food that is beautifully presented. A special place for a birthday, romantic dinner, or when you want finer dining than you'd typically get in a tourist destination. We've now been twice and will go back again.

This is an excellent choice if you're looking for an upscale restaurant in St Augustine. The food and service was good, portions were just right.

The sign is not very big nor is the dining area, but this restaurant delivers big on service, food, and atmosphere. While a little pricey, the food comes out fresh. and well presented. Our waitress was very attentive, but not overbearing.
