Everything about our visit to Columbia was excellent; service, servings, selections. We treated our friends who are not gourmands and were a bit hesitant but they were overwhelmed by the experience. We have been to the Tampa and Sarasota locations so we expected the excellence we received. If you're visiting St. Augustine on a budget save money elsewhere and splurge... More

We visited St. Augustine for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We tried several of the nicer restaurants in the downtown area and the Columbia was the best for food taste and atmosphere. Everything from the sangria to the food was excellent.

Restaurant in nice setting serving Cuban/ Spanish style food. 1905 salad is really good. All four had different fish courses and enjoyed them.

This Restaurant is very elegant and beautiful although the waiter was polite and friendly and the restaurant is clean, good service the food is not as good as you expect from a fancy restaurant, for starters, the menu lists Spanish food but the food falls short of being original and is expensive.

It is a must stop for most people while in St Augustine. In truth it's a place with average food that lives off it's reputation. If I had company visiting I would still take them to the Columbia just because it's the Columbia.

They list two vegetarian entries a paella and an eggplant dish. Both were very oily. The paella was made with canned and frozen vegetables. Due to mistakes in the kitchen it took over an hour to get our food. Our server was great. They gave us free desserts which were good.

Thank you for letting us know about your meal. We apologize that your paella was not properly prepared. We are pleased that when you brought this to your server’s attention, they took care of this issue. I do want to note that we have 4 vegetarian entrée options, along with several other tapas, soup and salad vegetarian choices. More

Shrimp salteado was over salted. My son's child meal of chicken fingers was over breaded and over fried. The pollo riojano was not bad. Servant was very attentive and decor was interesting. Place is very large and lots of tables

This is my all time favorite restaurant! The building is historic, charming and warm. The staff is welcoming, friendly and efficient. The menu is diverse, featuring both Spanish and Cuban cuisine. My favorites are the 1905 salad, scallops casimiro and shrimp supreme. Their story and family history is enchanting. Don't miss an opportunity to visit this wonderful restaurant!
