My wife and I had a a very nice dinner here. The service was spot on, the food better than Columbia in Tampa or Sarasota, and the atmosphere was perfect. The most outstanding was our server- she was so helpful, and selected a very good Spanish wine for us! A very enjoyable evening. The chef came out and we congratulated... More

You read the long history of this family restaurant. The food was good and our young waitress did an outstanding job.

We stopped in for dinner before heading back to Jax Bch. The 1905 salad always excellent! Great mojito too. One person in our group had the snapper and said it was excellent. The kids enjoyed their Cuban sandwiches. We had the gauva cream cheese parties for dessert, yum!

We ate lunch and had a brand new server who was very attentive. I had a huge Cuban sandwich and a cup of Black Bean Soup. The sandwich was huge and can be shared. My husband had their famous 1905 salad and he loved it. Bought a recipe card so I could make it for him when we got home.... More

Went with my family yesterday and came across with a unique condition. The waitress that was taking care of our table when realized that we were NOT going to expend a lot of money came with one silly excuse saying that she was going to take care of one table upstairs and someone else was going to take care of... We ate lunch here a few weeks ago and were blown away. The cuban bread is delicious, came out hot and fresh. The 1905 salad might be one of the best salads I have ever had. We were so in love with the food that we bought some of the cookbooks from the gift shop. I've made several meals from... More

Was here with reservations with a party of 7. An amazing experience as we walked in 5 minutes before our reservation and were walked immediately to our table. To stares of disbelief from people waiting without reservations. Queso fundido was good but not great. 1905 salad as appetizer add on to entree was excellent. Made right at the table. White... More
