The only good thing about this place was the free parking. Dont waste your time. The inside is pretty but I definately felt like I stepped right into a tourist trap.

First off, I love that place for the architecture alone. Amazingly beautiful. The food was excellent, and the wait staff friendly. I appreciated that as a single traveler, they were considerate of my needs, and I never felt rushed.

We got to Columbia around 2:30 on a Saturday and were seated immediately upstairs. Our server was very warm and friendly, didn't make us feel rushed, although she was very busy, and our drinks never went empty. The bread before the meal was hot and delicious, and our meals arrived fairly quickly. Two of us had the half Cuban Sandwich... More

Walking on a very hot day, along St.George's Street , the Columbia Restaurant provided cooling relief in the form of air conditioning and cool drinks. Even the water "tasted" good . The Cuban sandwich and the 1905 salad were just right for lunch. The waitress we had was friendly and took our orders right away. After that , there was... More

Fabulous diner. Ropa vieja is my favorite. The 1905 salad is full of flavor. Great atmosphere. The sangria is delicious. Must get the Godiva cake for dessert.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my aunt. Our place to go is Columbia. The 1905 salad was spectacular as always. We had the white sangria, but usually prefer the red (which they were out of). The white was really very good. It just depends what you are in the mood for. Our server a very nice and accommodating,... More

We have a Columbia Restaurant in Sarasota and Ybor City, but I had never been to them. The food was excellent and the service superb. Would recommend to anyone.

A client recommended Columbia so we stopped in as soon as we arrived in St Aug. I ordered the house salad (1905?) it was okay. The special of the day was a burger so 2 of my kids got that. 1 ordered it no bun or cheese due to food allergies- it came with cheese but they quickly corrected that-... More

the food is great! very lovely. This restaurant has been around for years and managed to keep their reputation. Made reservation and walked right in. We are a family of 4 and the menu had something for all age ranges.

Typical of the Columbia Restaurant 100-year reputation, our food was outstandingly good. The decor is beautiful and the experience was wonderful. Our server seemed to be inexperienced, but overall we enjoyed our meal.
