Family-owned and operated for over 111 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 110-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Torres, Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow sleeveless shirts on men. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays. Please visit our website for the most current menu listings.

Great food and fun place to eat

We ate at the Columbia in Ybor City, so we were expecting the same awesome experience in St. Augustine. The food was delicious - no question there - be sure to start with the Spanish Bean Soup! The only disappointment was the staff. The hostess who greeted us was obviously bored, didn't make eye... read more

My husband and I are taking a break on the "East side" of Florida which means Saint Augustine and Old Town. We had our first dinner at Columbia on the advice of friends. Great location and attractive place, love all that Spanish tile and the railings. Our server was pleasant and well versed on the menu. My 1905 vodka martini... More

Been here plenty of times usually don't have any problems but the food came out cold and the Steak was over done. I couldn't find my server for 20 minutes and had to ask another lady for a refill on my drinks. Could of been better.

My adult daughter chose Columbia for our celebration of her recent graduation. Oh my word... I had no idea how great it would be- but she did! The restaurant is lovely and the service was no less than what you'd expect. The fresh Mango daiquiri was a perfect start, and the tapas- I think it was called Chicken Al Ajillo-... More

Have eaten here on several occasions ... once for a rehearsal dinner. It's the restaurant we always turn to when taking out a friend who has never been to St. Augustine. This time it was for lunch. What a treat. A stroll down St. George Street to the grande entrance of the Columbia is just the right beginning for a... More

We have eaten at several locations of the Columbia and our return to this location did not fail to please our taste buds. Having enjoyed the Spanish bean soup since I was a child, I thoroughly enjoyed this as a starter. It was wonderful. Our seafood dinners were absolutely delicious and treated us to the fresh seafood that we cannot... More

This is one of the best meals ever. Can hardly wait until we return to St. Augustine next year. The salad they prepare at the table is incredible--so full of ham, cheese, tomatoes--just so many fresh ingredients I forget them all. Bean and sausage soup was delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. Bloody Mary was one of the best. Will... More
