Every time we visit St. Augustine this is our first stop and our last. Every server we've had was full of life and very pleasant. We always have a "Poor mans Black Velvet" This is a Guinness on top of apple cider. I do not like Guinness nor do I like apple cider and yet this is incredible!!! Everyone we've... More

Visiting for Flagler College. Roamed around this wonderful city overwhelmed by how much there is to see and experience. 24 hours isn't enough. We stopped by this joint. Great beer selection. Great service. Solid good food. Not way expensive like resort cities tend to be. Portion size great. 3 of us ate simple Irish fare prepared perfectly and threw in... More

Great location right out of the way of the St George crowds. Joey is an amazing bartender, takes great care of us and is always glad to see us come back in. Seafood is always fresh, fish and chips are always exactly what you expect, LOVE the lamb burger, and keep an eye out for their specials (the discounted burger... More

A slightly modern twist on an Irish pub, Barley Republic is fun, friendly, and good food. The draft beer selection is unique, while featuring local Florida beers in bottles too. The staff is the most fun. They were a great team, fun, lively, & interactive... We had the fish and chips. The batter was delicious and the tarter sauce was... More

We were looking for a place to grab a bite after a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and Barley's Republic Public House was open late. The menu at nearly 11 P.M. was not super extensive, but there were plenty of options to get us fed and to get us happy. Our server was very attentive and helpful. I ALWAYS appreciate... More

It has become our go to place when we can't decide where to eat. Food is always certain to be good. It has the beers we like. However service is hit or miss depending on who you get. I don't like that they charge the kids for soda refills if they get more one. With the heat, we were all... More

Visited on the recommendation of a friend. Good, freshly crafted food. Great atmosphere. Friendly. Terrific beer selection. Talkative and social locals. I will return each time I visit St. Augustine. I think you should too. Be sure to spend a few minutes taking to Red who owns the place and tends bar. You'll be better for it.
