What an incredible experience. Every part of the dinner was wonderful. The service was just superb and the setting was great in the garden. The ingredients in our meal was picked minutes before they served it. What a treat! This will be recommended to everyone I know that is coming here. - "Man in the same seat"

Went for lunch with friends of ours from Oklahoma and wanted to treat them to an outdoor dining experience in old part of St Augustine. It's located across from the fort and only 1 table indoors so best seating is outside where we were shaded more than adequately from the hot sun and they also had a fan blowing which... More

Quite a dreamlike dining experience. The open-air ambiance is so charming. The service and food was great. We had the frog legs! Would love to see some live music on a beautiful night. We are jazz musicians, perhaps we could provide?

I went to the gourmet hut with a group of friends for my wife's birthday. We arrived and were told that orders were taken inside the hut and that we would be served at the table that they were setting up for us. The service was not very good. Our glasses were left on the table and the bottles of... More

We were there on Labor Day and couldn't imagine returning. We had fried green tomatoes with goat cheese, strawberries and pomegranate glaze and a clam appetizer to start. Clams were overcooked, under seasoned, chewy and boring. Very lackluster. The tomatoes were definately more of a dessert than an app. Totally changes your entire meal after having that amount of sugar... More

I love to write excellent reviews on good restaurants & I hate to write awful experiences but I must tell you......The Gourmet Hut was not gourmet at all! We visited Labor Day weekend and we were so looking forward to visiting The Gourmet Hut (per the reviews). To begin....our server brought was the wrong beers but we were so thirsty... More

Not sure if we end up in a bad night, but the food is far from good; not sure what the other people in the review had, but may be they are used to very very bad food and this one seems good! Scallops frozen with a bad taste - mussels tasteless - the fish we had probably the worst... More

This was my first time in St Augustine. This restaurant is a staple to the city! There's a different chef each night with a different menu, made to order! The food was the freshest I've ever eaten! The sangria was made to made to order and had the most delicious fruit in it! This restaurant is definitely worth the price.... More

We stopped here one evening on our vacation. Our waiter Brandon was knowledgeable and attentive. Our Chef Joey came out to speak with us about the vegetarian options and helped us to decide on a eclectic mix of appetizers and entrees which turned out delicious and filling. We were too full for dessert. We sat outside in the lovely garden,... More

We had a tasty meal. I had the fillet minion and it was mouth watering. Our waiter was professional and we enjoyed the ambiance.
