I have been here twice, as I normally try to give 2nd chances. I was impressed. I felt the food was so-so and bland. It didn't hit the 'southwest' spot. The same two guys were there both times and they were very nice and tried to be accommodating.

This place had great food, owner operated, friendly, excellent service. We tried the carnitas taco, salsa, burrito and sampled the green chili! They were all tasty? Will return again when in the area.

The burritos were great, and made with obviously fresh ingredients. The wings were outstanding and cooked in a unique way that gave them a nice texture. Kids eat free on Saturday and Sunday. Prices were very reasonable. We all three ate for $21, including chips and queso and three drinks. Staff and owner were very friendly and obviously care about... More

Needed some lunch and the Colorado Burrito Co. name caught our attention and my wife and I are glad we stopped. Liz had a small chicken burrito that was plenty big enough and excellent. I had a small beef burrito that had a side of a green chili that was usually a side but I wanted to try. The owner... More

The owner was so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I went during happy hour so it was half off apps and two for one beers! Very tasty and inexpensive. I hope more people try it. Will definitely be back.

First let me say, this is not taco bell or truck stop mexican food. If you really love cheap americanized so called "mexican food" you may not love this. However, if you like the flavors of Colorado/New Mexico and Arizona mexican food you will love this place. We stopped in because I have eaten lots of green chili in Denver... More

I am generally not the type of person that leaves bad reviews but this place has earned it. My husband and I were looking for a local Mexican restaurant and we used tripadvisor to locate this place. The overal reviews looked good so we decided to go. I need to say that my husband considers himself a Mexican expert and... More

We are sorry you felt so slighted, but we fail to understand the vitriol; our hours are clearly posted online as well as on the door and our policy has always been to advise take out for the last half-hour before closing. The ingredients on each entree is fully explained on the menu, and if people request additional toppings such... More

Great place to eat or for "to go" meals. Jim (owner) is cordial and obviously cares about customer service.

I'm not sure if we went on an off night, but our meal was less than satisfactory. The chips were very greasy, as if they'd been sitting in the oil too long after cooking. I had black bean nachos, and the queso looked--and tasted--canned, and the guacamole was a shade of brownish-green I've never seen in ANY guacamole before, especially... More
