Description: The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products...
The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.

Yummy :)

I got a Pineapple Cilantro and got mine dipped in chocolate. Seriously TO DIE FOR!! Wish I had one of these in Indiana.

The Hyppo's all natural fresh fruit pops are a refreshing treat after a day of walking around the historic old city. The cantaloupe with pepper is like biting into a fresh cantaloupe with the pepper providing a nice contrast for your palate. The strawberry basil is another very refreshing flavor and I was glad to see they have also expanded... More

Great Popsicle treat with an edge. Popsicles made of different ingredients. I had the sweet potato Popsicle with chopped pecans, deelish! My friends had strawberry lemonade ones. Totally loved them. A real treat for those who like something different and out side the box 🍓🍋

Cute little gourmet popsicle shop. Sweet and enthusiastic young ladies were working the day we went. I tried the Elvis and it was delicious! Peanut butter, banana, and honey. I was torn between that and Strawberry Datil (a mild pepper) flavor. You can get any dipped in chocolate if you choose.

What can you say about a place devoted to unusual and delicious flavored ice pops in a city that can often be hot and humid?! We enjoyed 4 different flavors: pineapple cilantro (which tasted like frozen pineapple salsa- refreshing!), avocado coconut, plum sangria, and piña colada key. Every one was a hit and blended the tropical refreshing tastes in just... More

My parents and I stepped in for a small sweet treat and loved it! Lots of different flavors to choose from. My personal favorite was the strawberry Basil.

These ice pops are SO good! The texture is just right. Hard enough so the pop does not melt right away, but soft enough to bite. The flavors are unbelievable, so many, with very unique combinations. We have yet to have a flavor we do not like. The fruit ones are very diet friendly. The staff at all 3 St... More

If you go there wanting an icy treat that's sweet I'd ask them what flavors are sweet beforehand because many of the flavors are actually savory. I got Orange Cream and it tasted just like and orange creamsicle. My sister got Just Strawberry and enjoyed hers. My mom got Apple Pie. My mom said it was the kind of popsicle... More

I don't get all the snarky comments and complaints about this place, the price, the taste, the texture, etc. Yes, we all know it's going to be overpriced (Hello? It IS St. Augustine and right in the heart of St. George Street's tourist district.) and we all know you can get cheaper ones by the box at Publix. So, where's... More

Kiwi colada Popsicle dipped in chocolate! Cinnamon espresso, cilantro pineapple, champagne apple, and the list of gourmet goes on and on. So fresh and not artificial at all! Just try it.
