Description: The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.

This is not a restaurant; this little place sells popsicles only but not any popsicle but the most tasty and creative popsicles I have ever seen and tasted! I understand they make their own popsicles in St. Augustine. The variety is extensive, there are popsicles that contain dairy and some that don't and they are easy to identify. The first... More

Delicious and fresh! The clerks are the friendliest people around, and are eager to help make choices (which is hard). This is an exciting new store I will definitely be going back to often! A little expensive. :)

I've had the pineapple-cllantro, strawberry-basil, and pink grapefruit. I'll definitely go back for more! All are made with fresh fruit and herbs. So refreshing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were walking down one of the side streets and it was blazing hot! We saw a sign for gourmet Popsicles...Neat, so we stopped in! The staff was nice and helpful, flavors were different. We tried the jackfruit and the strawberry/basil popsicles, they were pretty good. It's something we can say we did, but not something we would call to... More

Every time we visit St. Augustine, we get gourmet Popsicles from The Hyppo! They have so many varieties to chose from, so I always have a hard time picking one. They only use fresh fruit and there are some interesting combinations. I had Pink Grapefruit, which was so refreshing! My kids had Key Lime pie and Strawberry/Datil. I visited their... More

This small store is a little confusing when there is a crowd ... where is the line forming? But it is totally worth the consternation to make your way to the line of freezer cases with their vast array of real fruit popsicles. We had the coconut dipped in dark chocolate (think, better than Almond Joy) and Riesling pear. Both... More

By far the best popsicle I have ever eaten and I will for sure go back. I would buy and eat twice as many if they would go down a little in price. $3.50 is high but man these are good!

We tried the watermelon, the raspberry lemonade and the chipotle peach pops. They were all delicious. The chipotle peach had a nice bite to it. Perfect for a hot day.
