Description: The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products...
The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Always great, we bring our kids, and friends that come into town, my favorite is the avocado cream dipped in chocolate. My son loves the straight up strawberry. Great alternative to ice-cream- and it does not feel like we have made a sacrifice!

Great unique spot to try a homemade popsicle while touring St Augustine. I love the Watermelon Hybiscus or the Key Lime but they are all good! $3.50 per popsicle isn't cheap and they have no way to sample anything so choose wisely.

Many interesting flavors of popsicles, friendly staff, and a bench area to sit and cool off while you enjoy your popsicle!! Perfect place for tired, hot patrons!! We went several times during our visit to St Augustine!!

Super neat place! I had a hard time choosing. I was torn between about 5 flavors. I ended up with Jackfruit, which tasted like Juicyfruit gum. My daughter got Blackberry Clove. They were both amazing! My sons got peanut butter pie dipped in chocolate and key lime. They also have one called The Elvis. The staff was also super friendly... More

Delicious popsicles with too many different flavors to name~$3.50 per bar so be sure you really want the flavor you choose. Wish they could offer samples ;)

They have so many interesting flavors.. The coconut one had actual flakes in it, so refreshing on a hot day

Nice treat. Variety of flavors, if close to closing time on the weekend choices will be limited. Dairy and non-dairy options. Very fresh flavors from traditional to unusual. Cheaper than a smoothie! 😉

Stopped by for a popsicle on the advice from a friend, so glad we did! Delicious! I got the strawberry lemonade flavor. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even though it was close to closing time we were not rushed.
