Description: The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products...
The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.

It is not a typical ice-cream place, here you find refreshing popsicles in various tastes and flavours. Nice.

The atmosphere here is great! The flavors are quite interesting. My husband got a berry flavored popsicle and it was pretty good. Mine on the other hand, not as good. It was a cucumber, lemon, mint flavor. I figured it would be perfect for such a hot day! While the popsicle did its job by cooling me off, the flavor... More

We came here based on all the great reviews, and left totally unimpressed. The flavor combos sound like they should be amazing, but the creations themselves were flavorless and disappointing. Somehow they miss every mark for a popsicle, no flavor, not refreshing, not even cooling on a hot day. Not sure what everyone sees in this place!

Oh we loved this place and would be there ALL THE TIME if we were locals. Great variety of popsicles in a hip shop. (I think there are two locations.) The first night I had the plum-ginger, hubby had the apple pie. The next night I was hoping for peanut butter-bannana, but they were sold out. Blueberry cinnamon had a... More

Unbelievable assortment. Great Unique flavors to choose from. Reasonable prices. Mine was a little hard to bite through. almost too frozen. Strawberry basil, Pomegranate, plum mint . I cannot even remember but it is a nice change from a fattening feel guilty ice cream cone. This place must do well in the summertime. They have a great thing going. Everyone... More

A perfect treat for a warm afternoon. So many flavors it was hard to choose, but the blackberry clove was a great one. The gentleman working was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We have been to the old city several times but were never tempted to try a “popsicle” shop however after several people telling us about Hyppo we broke down. All I can say is “Why did I wait so long”, this is NOT TO BE MISSED. Words cannot explain the goodness that you will experience, a little pricey but worth... More

We went back again this year for spring break and the kids really like it, but I think the adults loved it even more. The blackberry clove and coconut avocado are HIGHLY recommended. I wish we had these up in the midwest. They are pricey but the quality and unique tastes are totally worth it!
