Description: The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.

By far the best popsicle I have ever eaten and I will for sure go back. I would buy and eat twice as many if they would go down a little in price. $3.50 is high but man these are good!

We tried the watermelon, the raspberry lemonade and the chipotle peach pops. They were all delicious. The chipotle peach had a nice bite to it. Perfect for a hot day.

Decided to stop here to get a quick treat while walking downtown. They had about 12 different flavors..All unique. It was just an outside vendor (not in a buiding) Kind of like an ice cream cart. The popsicles were the size of an Edys all fruit bar or welches fruit bars. The price was $3.50 each. I got the Reisling... More

I could eat one of these everyday! So delicious with many unique flavors! I do wish they had lower sugar or no sugar ones to try, but this didn't stop me from eating them very time we visit St Augustine,Fl. A must try! I love the grapefruit and bourbon peach!

Who would go out of their way for a Popsicle ; I do now , when I visit Saint Augustine . They are just too good to pass up. Two locations that have an ever changing selection.

I can't say I've had anything like these. If someone told me about these treats, I'd say, " yeah Edy's make a fresh fruit frozen pop." NOT EVEN CLOSE. These treats are so incredibly delicious. And as a bonus when you're walking outside in 95 degree heat, they don't melt fast. A tad pricey but I think worth it.

Would you ever have an Avocado and Coconut popsicle? They said it was one of their favorites and 'wow' it was great. You can order on the internet and I might try that but if you are ever in St. Augustine, go there and have one. It will be a highlight--especially on a hot day.

Not really a restaurant. They mostly sell popsicles with real fruit chunks in them. Also have drinks I believe but almost out of a fridge/vending machine type deal. I had the Elvis with peanut butter, banana, and honey. They had lots of other unique flavors that looked really good. I'll have to try some more next time I visit. They... More
