I am not, but can appreciate a well prepared meal. We thought we would eat light and ordered two appetizers. ... oops. The Shredded Corn Beef Spring Rolls were different and a great change of pace, but the Beef Sliders were heaven. Huge mounds of gravy and mushroom covered shredded beef sitting between the chewy and flavourful egg bun was... More

Good sweet tea. Great wings. Fast service. Chicken with crab meat was good. Chips aka fries were taste. Negative was the corn beef and cabbage which was bland and waist of money.

Took my gf there for lunch and she convinced me to come back for a nightcap. A 2 hour nightcap. Music was great, bartenders great, drinks and fun all around. Great place.

We dined on appetizers and drinks in the Backyard of Meehan's. The crab dip was delicious and the tropical drinks a treat. It was a nice place to relax after walking around Old Town. The service was friendly. Some of the furniture could use some updating.

Wow, the second floor outdoor seating is just stunning, and the menu of Irish whiskeys is great. We enjoyed a much needed break from a hot day and walking and were pleasantly surprised by Meehans. My daughter had the garlic fries which were really great, my husband had Paddy's and Finnean whiskey, and I had the microbrew of the month-a... More

My family had lunch here and enjoyed the meal. It was your typical Irish bar/restaurant with good service and good food. The mussels were very good with some great broth for dipping the ciabatta bread. Would recommend the Mac n cheese for a cheesy treat!

Authentic Pub fare & some seafood variations in the back area of the tropical bar. No less than 18 or more Irish Whiskies on the menu from $7.50-35.00 per dram. The service was delightful. Prices were reasonable & the food quite good. they have Guinness & Ciders. We spent 3 hours there. It is within walking distance of the Castillo... More

At a recent stay in St Augustine, had the pleasure of eating at this delightful restaurant. Had planned to go to the restaurant down the street but 2 hour wait. We were looking forward to fresh seafood and were a little skeptical about having seafood at a pub. To our surprise, had some of the best Mahi Mahi ever at... More

My wife and I picked Meehans restaurant for dinner while we celebrated our wedding anniversary in St Augustine. Meehans was just sub-par to what we had expected. The chair I was lucky enough to select at our table was woobly. All of the other chairs were taken. My coffee was lukewarm at best and when I asked for another, the... More

Wasn't expecting to have lunch at an Irish pub in St. Augustine of all places, but wound up there somehow and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We were told by a patron who was just finishing her meal to try their clam chowder. In her words, "best she ever had". So we figured, why not? Am... More
