HORRIBLE! STOLE MONEY FROM ME!

Let me begin to tell you about my Fratelli’s experience. I came to St Augustine for a trip for work. My co-worker and I stopped in for dinner before heading to the lighthouse ghost tour. We had about 2 hours before the tour began. PLENTY of time, right? WRONG. It was about 45 minutes to even get... read more

Great quiet small quaint restaurant! Recommend the olive oil herb and cheese dip appetizer! Steak Marsala had a brown sauce which was ok. The angel hair pasta was overlooked. The cream of mushroom was awesome, Hubby had spicy shrimp and scallops over linguine which he enjoyed. I would go back again!!

our Valentine's day dinner was one of the worst meals and dining experience we have ever had. Our server came to our table to offer us drinks and apps. We ordered a bottle of wine. When she came back she handed us the bottle of wine and told us that we could serve ourselves. Then proceeded to ask if we... More

Went for Valentines dinner, got poor service, a meal we didn't order ( no explanation) and a long wait for all of this! Never again

Ordered a relatively simple meal, Veal Parm. The veal was coated in so much breading that it more resembled the breading on KFC extra crispy. In addition, it was burned on one side. The side dish of pasta was actually served cold.

We have been coming to Saint Augustine for three years and always plan at least one meal here. It has changed owners but the only thing I missed was the cheery lady server. She has been replaced with a delightful fellow named Paul. The experience was as just as good. I think the escargot was even better than I remembered.... More

Once our favorite Italian restaurant, now disappointing. Fratellis changed hands sometime last year. Unfortunately, while the name and menu remain the same the restaurant is no longer what it once was. My wife and I had dinner January 25. The bread service consisted of 4 slices of a baguette, butter instead of olive oil. We asked for more bread and... More

First (and last) visit to Fratelli's. While the waitress was very good, she couldn't overcome the very, very slow pace (having lived in Italy for two years we are used to the "normal" slow pace in Italian restaurants..so we KNOW slow pace when we see it). Bread was very good but arrived in tiny portions so we had to ask... More
