Excellent Sangria and Tapas!

Stopped in for a late lunch here while walking around the shops and sights of Saint Augustine. Great views over looking the street for people watching if you get lucky enough to snag a table on the balcony...we sat inside as there were no tables open at the moment when we went in and I didn't want... read more

Stopped for supper while in St.Augustine on the way from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale. Spending the night in St. Augustine. Sat on the second floor balcony of Sangrias Wine and Tapas Piano Bar overlooking Hypolita Street in the old town. Enjoyed the scenery. Shared two tapas: Rustic Bruschetta and Choice Cut Filet Mignon with a salad mix as part of... More

Stopped by Sangria's for a quick bite before we headed over for the Easter Parade. We had planned to check out this restaurant on other visits, but just never made it... We had a pitcher of Sangria and ordered a couple of appetizers. The hummus and the bruschetta. Both were excellent! We had a really friendly server who was helpful... More

My husband and I were in the mood for a light snack and an adult beverage. Adam was our server/bartender with great recommendations. We ended up getting the bruschetta and a pitcher of Sangria. Both were amazing. Perfect portion for us to share. Presentation of the food was nicely done. We ended with the grilled banana split, so good. We... More

Service was great, the sangria was very good. We sat on the balcony and watched the people walk by. We enjoyed our tapas and found the prices reasonable. We will definitely stop in again!

In the middle of historic downtown St Augustine, Sangrias is a prime location for both foot traffic and those returning. Facing a two-hour wait across the street at the Columbia Restaurant, we decided to give Sangrias a try. I am a huge fan of Tapas style dining and felt satisfied that Sangrias would be a fun and acceptable alternative to... More

Sangria's was the perfect hangout for an afternoon delightful pitcher or two and to relax and people watch. My husband and I were able to get the corner table and indulged with two pitchers, tapas and meeting new people who just happened to be from our area. Small world! I highly recommend stopping by for your own indulgence!

This was recommended by our hotel concierge. Located on St George Street in the Colonial quarter above another store and opposite J P Henley's Restaurant. It has an balcony overlooking St George St with tables for two, where you can sit above the street and observe whats going on. We visited in the evening time and It was not as... More

We had eaten a large lunch at the Celtic Festival, so we were looking for a nearby restaurant where we could buy small dinners and quench our thirst. This restaurant really fit the bill. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and three tapas plates. One of the plates was cheeses and fruits, another was focaccia served with different tapenades, and... More

Had the citrus glazed shrimp and the burrito, along with two of the best sangrias in St. Augustine. If you're eating off hours, or want a small bite to eat and a good drink, highly recommend Sangrias. It is kinda small, but we've been here twice and always managed to grab a table for two without a wait. The only... More
