Great local spot

The Village Fish Market is located in Fishermans Village about half way down. The seafood has been consistently good and service wonderful. You can dine either inside or if you wish a small outside area with a view.

Took my sister for her birthday dinner to this restaurant as she had been there before and liked it. We all enjoyed our meals and the wait staff was very good. We arrived about 5:30ish and it was very hot in there. After a while the air went on but the fans they had did not cool it down.

We had a lovely time sitting at the bar in Village Fish Market. The bar staff are excellent and the food is really good. The restaurant was always busy. I only wish the bar stayed open later so we could have enjoyed a few after dinner drinks.

Came here because they offer a cook what you catch. We just came off of a charter and we were able to bring our cleaned fish for them to cook for us. Reasonable price for meal. Cooked or fish just right. Sides were even good. And the steal I ordered was so tender I used a butter knife to cut... More

The food is good, the views beautiful, the portions ridiculously small. An open faced lobster sandwich (looked like 2 tablespoons of lobster salad on a single slice of bread) with a small house salad for 17.25. Meh...not a great value.

Excellent Food. My husband had the New England Clam chowder, says it's one of the best he's ever had. We also had the beef tips (fantastic) and the tuna. Can't say enough about this restaurant. Highly recommend.

Always great food. One of the few restaurants where you can get non caffeine cola. Seafood platter provides very nice variety at a reasonable price.

We love this place because it is not only nice and peaceful, but the food is delicious, the service is good and the drinks are great!! Whenever we have guests we always take them here. The clam chowder is absolutely delish!!! And when we want just a couple of drinks we seat at the bar, and Mike is a super... More

We've been coming to Fisherman's Village over 4 years now and never miss stopping in to see Mike & Jessie. They make you feel like family. They remember everyone's names including the kids and what our favorite drinks and what we love to eat! Can't say enough about them and Village Fish Market except can't wait to see you guys... More

Not fancy but nicely overlooking the water. We had clam chowder, Caesar salad and the buffalo platter for appetizers. All were good. The grand kids had Maine lobster and enjoyed it. The macaroni and cheese side was inhaled, the hush puppies were good, the garlic bread was okay, the French fries were mundane at best, the steamed broccoli was wizened... More
