ONCE AGAIN POOR SERVICE AND THIS TIME HORRIBLE FOOD TOO

Just once I would like to go into this restaurant and get waited on without having to ask. They don't care because of all the old people that come here and will eat anything. I'm from Massachusetts and know good clams. What I just ate was atrocious but it cost $24.99 so I ate it. We complaine4d... read more

Went here Saturday with friends to enjoy the view of the water and the food. It was very busy and we had a party of six so we expected to wait. The hostess said she was sorry but we would have to wait 20 minutes. In less than 5 minutes they had us seated. The food was ordered; Lobster Mac... More

First time we ate here a table became available in the bar while we were waiting for our buzzer to go off so we took the high table. So glad because we had an excellent waitress who made our experience there. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in our ordering. Being from New England we can be pretty fussy about... More

Late (2:30) lunch for two. Hostess seated us only after we questioned why others were seated without a buzzer; yet ours had not blinked after 25 minutes of waiting. Waited some more for our food to arrive - another 25 minutes- just as we were getting up to leave this awful place. Food was less than desirable. No attention to... More

We expected Fish Market fresh fish but the waitress admitted it was not fresh fish. The Shrimp Cocktail was sent back because they consistency of the fish was like play-dough. My broiled haddock was like baked and not tasty at all. Overall the food was under-seasoned like hospital food. The waitress was nice and experienced but this did not make... More

I love tuna but I like it well.done. The blackened tuna here is cooked to my choice. What a treat it is. We try to eat there once a week and my husband enjoys the variety of choices. Blackened tuna for me!

We were at Fisherman's Village on Ash Wednesday, a cool therefore very busy day there. The wait to get into the Village Fish Market was long but once we were seated the service and food was excellent. Their version of Corn Bread is especially delicious. The only down side is that one member of our party did not get his... More

While enjoying fishermans Village we stopped at the Village Fish Market Restaurant for dinner. We were waited on by the most miserable waitress i have ever had for a meal. Not only was she terrible but it then took over a hour and a half for our luke warm dinner. If you visit the Fishermans Village i would definately bypass... More

Two men were at the bar eating fried clams. One said to the other "why is it that we have to leave Massachusetts and come to Florida to get the best fried clams anywhere". True story. That says it all about the food at Village Fish Market. New England oriented sea food and other dishes; all prepared excellently. They do... More
