Yep everyone want s a nice place to go and have beer or two But for $5.00 for a small Guinness I can fly to Chicago and get a big stein of Guinness and have fish and ships cheaper. They really have no good food values here. If the Fish and Chips (large) were $9.95 everyone would get them. But... More

Love coming to this authentic Irish Pub. Great food, music and service. If you love Irish music and pub food don't miss a stop here in southwest FL.

The food is for sure authentic Irish. The pub is loaded with real Irish folk lore memorabilia. Open late which is great because we were out late every night doing as much as we could and wanted a place to relax and eat and celtics was open every night after most places closed. The tables and chairs were creeky and... More

Wow! We haven't been in a traditional public house since our trip to England in 2012. If you want a very real Irish pub experience, then come on in. Relaxing atmosphere, great pub grub, and on-tap Irish/English hard ciders, stouts, and beers. Interior is decorated in trad Irish memorabilia. Wonderful staff and local patrons. Only thing missing is the sound... More

Stopped in for a lunch meal as I have always wanted to stop here from the first time I drove past in my travels to Punta Gorda The atmosphere is authentic right down to ordering at the bar. Ordered the fish and chips with a side of slaw and soda bread. As I expected, it was great. Their menu selection... More

This place is like the old, authentic Irish Pub. We ordered scotch eggs, colcannon and soda bread along with a beer, of course. It was all fabulous!

Great Irish pub for fish and chips. They have a great selection of beers on tap and the atmosphere is like a trip to Ireland. Kevin Doyle and his employees are always friendly and very efficient. If you like a good story, stop by when they have a night of great Irish music.

We arrived late in Punta Gorda - most of the city was rolled up by the time we arrived. Celtic Ray was open (thankfully) and still serving food (Yay!). Awesome pub atmosphere and cold beer were the appetizers to the tasty pastys. My husband had the Tandoori Pasty and I had the Breton Chicken. I am fairly certain I ate... More

The is one of the best pubs to visit that you will ever find. Their selection of imported spirits and quality food at very reasonable prices is next to none. On top of that they continue to bring in quality entertainment for the most fun for fans at all ages.
