Fun Atmosphere-Good Spanish Food

I have driven by this restaurant many times on my way to the gym wondering what's behind those blacked out windows! I honestly wasn't sure if it was a bar, a gentlemen's club or what (lol) Sorry for my being candid but that is truly how I felt. One Saturday my husband said he saw an... read more

The customer service is beyond terrible. We love mexican food. We've been here a few times because it's close but I mean really? How do you epically fail a taco?? We've given this place to many chances and it is beyond deplorable. Don't waste your money.

I've been to both locations in PSL, and both seem to be lacking the same thing...Flavor and authenticity. The food is one hot mushy mess of watery sauce and cheese. Nothing was fresh! Several menu items are very interchangable and forgettable. The service is very scarce as well, whether they're busy or not... The only nice thing is that port... More

I asked the waiter if he would like to write down my order. It was to be minus: onion, mushrooms, garlic, cheese, burrito sauce, rice. When he looked blank I asked can you write it down and he looked blank. Then I asked for what I did want thinking it would simplify things, still he didn't agree to write it... More

GPS directions were not great. Once we found it, it was typical decor and menu. Food was good and plentiful.

We were hesitant because several of the reviews weren't great, so we drove past it and then came back. We're glad we did. The margaritas were very good, and the food was hot, generous portions and tasted so much better than the mexican restaurants that want you to order "by the number" (#34 is always a grande burrito). What a... More

Fancied Mexican and tried one in Tradition which was average at best. Decided to go north a couple of junctions and found this Mexican. It was necessary to do a u turn to get there but the place was remarkably clean and well presented. Staff were efficient to the point of irritation, but no chance of being ignored. The music... Food was well prepared, served hot, and wait staff was polite, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Price was fair, quantity of food was more than enough for a single meal. Taking leftovers home lets you enjoy the food again later. The only complaint? The menu was difficult to read. black type over brown background and very small type to describe the... More

Excellent salsa! One of my primary means for evaluating Mexican restuarants is the quality of their salsa. Is it fresh, is it homemade, is it spicy enough, is it "chunky?" Based on these measures, Pueblo Viejo Cinco would get 5 stars! My wife's avacado salad was good, although it was lacking in beans. The manager happened to walk by and... More
