This little roadside stand is only open Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays but they generally sell out the BBQ early during the summer season when the tourists are traveling Hwy 98 in Port St. Joe, FL.

Been stopping by Paul Gant's for years, at least once a week whenever in town a couple times a year. Always consistent, always great! We take it to our house and eat it for days. The food is great but it's not a restaurant. It's a food truck so you either take it home or eat in your car.

The pulled pork sandwich was good. It was really busy and we only received 1 of the 2 sandwiches ordered but didn't notice until later.

This is outstanding Barbeque1 Absolutely the best ribs I've ever eaten! Yum! Don't pass this place without trying something! Everything fresh and cooked perfectly. The can taste the smoke!

Great BBQ in a little trailer. We had the pork sandwich and the banana pudding. All of it was awesome! I would highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for good BBQ. It is only open Thursday, Friday, abd Saturday.
