This mexican restaurant is one of the better restaurants in Pt St. Joe. The food tasted very fresh, more so than other mexican restaurants we've been to. We all stuck with your traditional recipes. The fajitas were very good but we thought the steak meat was too chewy. Stick with the chicken or shrimp on this dish.

Good food and large portions had to share with my husband. Every city has the typical Mexican restaurants but this one stood out and I would make a point to visit again.

Place is in the middle of old town in Port St. Joe. Park on the street. Standard glitzy Mexican décor, with plaster “falling off” the underlying brick walls and the authentic sombreros hung 12 feet up the wall. Lots of seating and a bar, all in one big room. Standard Mexican food, quickly served. Service was excellent, albeit there weren’t that... More

We love this place when we come to Port St. Joe. When we get tired of the seafood (which takes a while), and are craving some "ethnic" flavor, this is where we go! Get here early because it is not a large place and fills up quickly. The food has always been really fresh, and the menu is surprisingly large.... More

I agree the chips and salsa are great. Skip the rest. Have a drink eat some chips and salsa and then walk down to beachcombers 3 for a meal at the same cost. Or upgrade in price and eat at joe mamas provisions or sunset coastal grill. You're GI track will thank you.

Why does it come out on hot plates and so darn fast? Because it's frozen and reheated. There's no chef back there Gordon Ramsey style making the food. All Mexican restaurants are basically the same toe, but some are cleaner. Offer better service, and prep the food better. For its class, I give this one 4/5. I'd only give five... More

We were walking by this restaurant, and I suddenly really felt like Mexican, so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed! The entire experience was fabulous! The chips were clearly homemade and hot from being made. The salsa was very flavorful and delicious! The service was very attentive and fast. The menu is your standard Mexican fare, but... More

Port st. Joe is generally closed on Sunday. Peppers was the only place open we could find. Service was fast and the food great, prices reasonable, Really good chips n salsa. Tv with NCAA tourney games on, couldn't of been a better evening.

We tried a few of the suggested places to eat (online and Pepper's did not disappoint. It was 2-for-1 beers, so that was a bonus! Portions were huge (I have the seafood fajitas), and there were things the kids liked too. Service was great and we didn't have much of a wait to be seated.
