Poor service!!! We actually ended up walking out. We sat down to a partially empty restaurant and after 15 minutes of waiting, we left. This was our second visit thinking maybe the first visit they were having a bad day. Wrong!!! If you have plenty of time to wait, then go.

Gorgeous restaurant terrible service and the food was just ok. My wife and I sat down the place wasn't busy and we waited 15 mins for someone to even acknowledge us. Then they acted like they were doing us a favor by serving us. I'll never return there

The restaurant itself is very pretty. it is awful pricey for what is on the menu. There were items that we had expected to be on the menu but were absent and it seemed weird because they are considered a seafood grill. The food was mediocre for the price and the waitress although was a very good server she had... More

The location and look of the building is awesome. A tiki hut bar, on the river, with live entertainment and food? What's not to love? We visited about 10pm on a Friday and loved the way it looked, our service was good, our appetizers were good, and the drinks were good. The problem was the live entertainment was playing slow,... We went on a recommendation from a local. The food was very tasty and our server was friendly, but the service was a little slow.

Average to above seafood. Stopped in on a Monday evening on the way down the coast. Our server, Casey was very efficient and sweet. We had the fried shrimp appetizer, fries and salad and it was plenty.

My first trip to Catches, others in family had raved about it. I was not impressed with the food. The margarita flatbread was like spaghetti sauce with soggy bread. The "Rum River Chicken" was tasteless. The baked potatoes were still hard! Others in our party had the Alaskan king crab legs and raved about them, saying they were the best... More

This is a great place. Met at the door by Crystal the manager. She invited us to tour the facility and choose our venue. Inside, bar (fantastic ships chair bar stools), outside or Tiki bar dining. We found our way to the Tiki bar with a hightop at the rail. Molly provide outstanding service while training a newbie. The Conch... More

Some time Catches can be wonderful I have had a few drinks and good music there. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it is not so good. I guess it depends who is preparing the food.
