Very fresh generous slices of fish expertly paired with vegetables and rice in sushi rolls. Attentive but not intrusive service. Large helpings of excellent seaweed salad. My daughter and son-in-law live in Port Orange and we go to Raku every time we come visit--every few months. First of all I love the ambience.
