We are local and just discovered this place. There are a few, large joints in the area, and they will fail to meet your needs. This place will deliver great food, drinks, and friendliness. This is the actual local place people sneak off to for an enjoyable laid back time. Please visit, I know I'll be back.

My husband and I always love to sit outside on the water and listen to live music Friday nights at Baja's. The servers are always friendly and you can't go wrong with the surf n' turf! The lobster dip is our favorite appetizer ( our kids even ask us to order them one to go whenever we stop in) !

The food service price and ambiance was outstanding. We dined on the outside deck and watched the sunset over port canaveral with the cruise ships silloutted against the sunset. Amazing GROUPER POT PIE!!!!

This place is unpretentious, unlike other restaurants along this row of seafood restaurants in $16 at other spots along here. Only problem was they had no seafood salad which I was hoping for at a seafood place right on the water. Other than that well worth the stop.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times. You can sit outside on a covered patio by the water or you can sit in an air conditioned inside space. The service has always been good. The prices are reasonable. I usually eat there for lunch and have tried a variety of things - all of which were pretty good. But... More

We sat right next to the water. Watched dolphins and looked at a cruise ship. We live locally so we see that every day and it is not enough to make us return to this restaurant. I had blackened crab cakes. They didn't taste blackened, but they sure did taste SALTY!. The coleslaw was edible, but it was served in... More

Like all the restaurants at The Cove at Port Canaveral it's on the water (the port). This place has more of a "locals favorite" vibe. Outside seating offers views of boaters, barges, cruise ships and more delight. Sit inside or outside (my preference). Seafood galore -- and good food at that. The bar is small, but they have some good... More

We parked our vehicle and after looking at Trip Advisor reviews were actually headed to another restaurant. There was a very nice gentlemen standing outside of the Baja Tavern and as we walked past he started telling us about the menu and encouraging us to give it a try so we did. I had the Lobster Roll and Lobster Chowder.... More

I don't usually like to do bad reviews but this is one you have to know about. I ate at this restaurant twice in the week I stayed in Cocoa Beach. The first time was a very good experience. Don't be fooled by the exterior. This is right next to Rusty's in Port Canaveral. The food was surprisingly good and... More
