Great food, but too loud when busy

The food is phenomenal and one of our regular watering holes. However, we tend to go really early because it gets too loud inside the restaurant. It appears management has placed acoustical tiles on the ceiling, but the noise level is still too much. Perhaps if they turned the music down then... read more

The food is phenomenal and one of our regular watering holes. However, we tend to go really early because it gets too loud inside the restaurant. It appears management has placed acoustical tiles on the ceiling, but the noise level is still too much. Perhaps if they turned the music down then customers wouldn't talk so loudly.

Have eaten here over a dozen times. Never disappoints. Food is always good. It is a casual fun place that is always LOUD for dinner (so if you are turned off by LOUD and full-tables --try it for lunch. If you can plan ahead make sure you make reservations otherwise expect to wait. It is worth it though. Highly recommend... More

The atmosphere is casual and friendly as is the staff. Great variety, interesting menu. One of the best places to eat in the Ponte Vedra area.

We have always been fans of Ben Groshell's restaurants. PVFC is very close by for us and we go there often on impulse. It always delivers - quality, ambience (though still a little loud, the view is awesome), value, and service.

Our party of seven dined outside. The wine list was extensive. The menu at many varieties of grill and baked seafood dishes. We also ordered hush puppies which many of us have never had before. The tuna dishes and trout were well prepared and delicious. Customer service was outstanding.

Could not give it a 5 rating as the place is very small, crowded and LOUD. Reservations are always needed. Valet parking is available. Nice area outside for a drink while waiting for your table - - in good weather. Located right on the water.

Sat at the bar and had a delicious dinner. Server was super accommodating and also super nice. We started with pimiento spread and then split a Greek salad. Perfect apps, if a bit too much food. I had trigger fish with sweet potatoes and spinach, which combined for a delectable meal. My husband had spicy seafood linguini, which was really... More

Okay, so the restaurant had nothing to do with the God given beauty of the evening, I will give you that, but the food and service were splendid. Douglas, our waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was great and the wine was spot on. The people stream in all night, so you know it must be tremendous....

Had lunch at Fish Camp, very good. We ordered the Salmon BLT and the shrimp and grits. Both were great but the shrimp and grits were the better of the two.
