Ten friends celebrated a birthday lunch at this rather out of the way seafood shack. Small but diverse menu. Several diners ordered their famous shrimp and grits and all were very happy with their choice. Others ordered crab cakes and also were more than satisfied. Others ordered green salads with large Mayport shrimp. Very attractively presented and delicious. Their famous... More

Recommended to my boss and myself for dinner. Apps came out quickly with entrees soon after that. Conch fritters were great along with fried gater. We had crab augratin and ahi tuna...both delicious. Casual atmosphere and cool duds.

I absolutely LOVE the food at PV Fish Camp, but the noise level at the dinner hour is absolutely terrible. It truly can ruin a great meal when you cannot even hear the person across the table. I probably frequent this restaurant every two weeks because the food is consistently great, BUT I will never again go after 6 in... More

Great seafood in a delightful out of the way setting! I see why it's one of the top rated restaurants in the area.

My husband and I ate at PVFC recently while visiting family in Ponte Vedra. We try to go every time we are in town because it is such a wonderful place to eat. We arrived on a Tuesday night about 6:15 without a reservation and sat at the bar. We shared a salad with apples, cranberries and peanuts which was... More

We will have dinner here any time we are in Jacksonville. Has become one of our favorite places when we visit this area.

This was our second visit to Palm Valley and the food is consistently great! This time we were able to get a table outside and enjoyed the water view with the passing boats. Diners are able to dock their boats and eat at the restaurant. We started with the scallops on the half shell appetizer. The favors were complex and... More

A little out of the way, but worth the trip. We eat here about once a month because we live a bit far away. All the food is excellent. The fried seafood baskets are great. We've also had the Shrimp roll, Low Boil for two, and Baja Style Tacos. All were excellent as well. All the food is freshly prepared... More

Very solid meal of raw oysters, pimento cheese and the excellent low country boil (and fried clams for our kid). Boil was excellent. Maybe a little light on the seafood / heavy on the veggies in the boil vs our last visit, but highly recommended, nonetheless. Oysters were superb. Pimento cheese fantastic. Looking fwd to our next visit. Staff was... More

I've been to this restaurant many times, but frankly took a break for a while. It was too crowded and loud. We've enjoyed eating at the bar or inside, but look forward to eating in their new outdoor area. During this visit we had reservations (a must) and we were seated promptly. All of the food has a very nice... More
